New! Charming stone house with private swimming pool in an idyllic setting

Welcome to our beautiful stone house! Former barn entirely renovated and equipped, the Grange Madeleine is situated on a large landscaped garden of 1700 m² with a beautiful private swimming pool.

You will feel at home in this authentic, comfortable, fully equipped and tastefully decorated house.

It is ideal for a family of 4 people (baby bed possible), and is spread over 3 floors :
- A ground floor with a sitting area, an antique stove, TV and a fully equipped open kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher for 6 people, oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster).
- The first floor with the master bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet.
- The second floor on the mezzanine with two single beds.

The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning, Wifi, and the stairs are secured.

You can also enjoy the shaded terrace with a barbecue, the children's playground, the petanque ground and the secured swimming pool 8m by 4m.

The Caverne du Pont d'Arc (Chauvet) is 30 minutes away by car, and the nature reserve of the Ardèche Gorges (largest canyon in Europe) is 40 minutes away.

Numerous activities within 10 minutes by car will allow you to discover a magnificent region: canyoning, canoeing, kayaking, climbing, horse riding, speleology, motor sports, hiking (Bois de Païolive).

In addition, an Ardèche wine tasting cellar is located just opposite the house and the picturesque villages in the surrounding area offer traditional markets (Barjac, Les Vans, Ruoms).

Great stay
We had a great time in Grange Madeleine. House was clean and fully equipped. Weather was very hot, so we loved the private swimming pool very much. Te garden is very big and enjoyable. And there are a lot of beautiful places to visit in the neighborhood . Perfect place to stay with a dog if he/she is not very eager to escape (our dog is not). We will never forget the call of the pygme owl that we heard every evening….

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison très bien équipée et charmante ! Le terrain est spacieux, la piscine très agréable. Nous y avons séjourné à 2 avec nos 2 compagnons, ils ont pu profiter de l’extérieur et des marchés aux alentours.

Ruhe und Erholung in der Grange Madeleine
Ein wunderschönenes Haus mit ganz viel Charme , auch mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden genug Platz ! Es ist alles vorhanden , was man braucht und noch viel mehr . Das Grundstück ist ein Traum und der Pool mit seiner Holzterasse unser Lieblingsort zum Lesen . Man ist dort wirklich sehr privat und die Ruhe und die Natur lassen die Hektik des Alltags schnell vergessen. Man kann vom Haus aus direkt lange Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren unternehmen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, bis zur Ardeche sind es nur ca. 15 Minuten. Ein großes Lob an Nicolas , der die Grange Madeleine zu einem außergewöhnlichem Ort gemacht hat . Auch waren er und seine nette Betreuung vor Ort immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank für eine wunderschöne Woche in der Grange Madeleine.

Entspannung am Pool, sehr schöne Wanderungen in der Nähe (15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt). Großes, kaum einsehbares Grundstück. Kleines Manko sind die nicht vorhandenen Liegenauflagen.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à la grange madeleine . L’annonce est très précise et correspond totalement au bien mis à disposition . Nous sommes absolument ravis des procédures d’entrée et de sortie . De tout ce qui est mis à disposition des vacanciers ( livret d’accueil , précisions sur les commerces à dispo , tv , cuisine et matériel ….) La piscine est top et la literie confortable . Gemütliches Haus und sehr schöne Umgebung
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Grange Madeleine. Das Haus ist urig aus alten Steinen und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Garten ist idyllisch und der Pool sauber und schön. Schöne Wege zum Spazierengehen direkt vor der Haustür.

A peaceful and scenic retreat
Due to a covid 19 cancellation our family was looking forward to this visit for a very long time. We were so happy that it turned out to be everything we hoped for, and more. - On a aimé: résidence correspondant bien au descriptif de l’annonce, bon accueil, propriétaire soucieux du bien être de ces locataires, la piscine, le calme, le jardin. - On a moins aimé : la puissance de la climatisation un peu juste par rapport à la surface du logement pendant les périodes très chaudes. Lit parental un peu court en longueur pour les grands (mais conforme au descriptif), je préfère les lits sans barreau. En somme, bon séjour à la hauteur de ce que l’on espérait.

Ruhige Lage mit großem Garten und Pool
Umgebaute Scheune in ruhiger Lage mit schönem und sehr großen Garten. Leider war es zu der Zeit so heiß, dass es trotz Klimaanlage auch nachts im Haus noch sehr warm war. Ansonsten sehr gut geeignet für einen entspannten Urlaub nahe der Ardeche Schlucht!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la grange Madeleine ! Nicolas et son épouse ont été très accueillants et disponibles. La maison et le jardin sont extrêmement agréables, et bien adaptés/sécurisés pour notre petit de 1 an et demi. Tout est parfaitement conforme à la description ! À noter que la piscine n'était pas utilisable pendant notre séjour (normal au mois d'avril...), comme nous l'avait précisé Nicolas par téléphone dès notre réservation.

Traum der Ruhe und Erholung
Schon bei der Ankunft habe ich mich in diese wunderschöne Anwesen verliebt. Es war genau so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die Liebe beim Umbau dieses Natursteinhauses sieht man in vielen Details, außen wie innen. Die Gartenanlege ist riesig mit vielen gemütlichen Plätzen unter Bäumen und am Pool. Sogar ein Bouleplatz steht zur Verfügung. Natürlich waren wir in der Region viel unterwegs. Doch die Rückkehr in unser Feriendomizil war immer wieder schön. Danke an den Vermieter Nicolas und an Michel vor Ort.

Nous avons passé pour la seconde fois un très agréable séjour à la Grange Madeleine. La maison est très bien équipée et décorée avec goût : on se sent comme à la maison ! Le jardin est parfait pour les enfants et la maison comme l'extérieur est adapté aux enfants qui ont bien profité (et nous aussi !) de la piscine bien sécurisée, de la balançoire avec le toboggan ou encore du terrain de pétanque. Sehr entspannter und ruhiger Urlaub
Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern 12 und 13 einen schönen entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus ist urig und rustikal eingerichtet mit einem tollen großen Garten. Die Betten waren bequem und es ist wirklich ruhig und privat gelegen. Der Vermieter war bei Fragen sofort erreichbar und hat direkt geholfen und gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wege zum Supermarkt sind recht weit und daher braucht man ein Auto. Was ich als Tipp geben würde sind Mückennetze, da bei Dämmerung und in der Nacht viele Moskitos unterwegs sind. Für Tage, die man ausschließlich am Pool verbringen möchte, wären etwas bequemere Liegen wünschenswert und trotz aller Entschleunigung auf dem Lande wäre ein etwas besserer WLAN Empfang manchmal hilfreich. Wir haben auf jeden Fall tolle Tage gehabt mit schönen Ausflügen, sind Kanu und Quad gefahren, waren auf vielen Märkten und alten Dörfern und haben Wein und Essen sehr genossen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2Teenager und Hund haben 2 Wochen in der Hrange Madelaine verbracht. Das Haus ist toll! Es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war super, außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt ruhigin einem winzigen Dorf, trotzdem sind es nur 15 Minuten zum Bäcker. Wir haben viele Wanderungen unternommen, sind Kajak gefahren und haben Märkte besucht. Die nähere und etwas weitere Umgebung sind wirklich beeindruckend und auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Die Grange Madelaine ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt dafür. Es waren 2 ganz tolle Wochen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
