Einfach eine schöne Woche

Das Haus ist modern und klar eingerichtet, viel Platz für 2 Personen, es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und eine große Küche, alles sauber. Garten und Stellplatz vor dem Haus ist neu angelegt, für den geringen Preis sehr zu empfehlen. Für Radfahrer ist die Umgebung im Hinterland perfekt, der Strand ist riesig und nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Einen Stern Abzug für die Lage, wer Ruhe sucht ist bestens aufgehoben, allerdings ist im Ortsteil wirklich "tote Hose", ausser einer schmuddeligen Pommesbude nichts. Zum Baguette holen oder einen Wein zu trinken geht man ins 2,5km entfernte Port Bail.

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes und helles Haus, in einer wunderschönen Gegend!

Vorweg, daß Haus mit seiner vollständig zu öffnenden Schiebefront zum Garten erzeugt von der ersten Minute an ein wunderbares Urlaubsgefühl. Das Rauschen des Meeres und das melodische Rufen der Möwen sorgen für die akustische Mediterrane Untermalung! Das Haus wird in allen Räumen durch die Sonne erhellt, die Einrichtung ist modern, neuwertig und schlicht gehalten. Die Küche ist großzügig gestaltet und gut ausgestattet. WLAN und TV funktionieren reibungslos. Das GWC und das Bad ist ebenfalls modern gestaltet und sehr sauber! Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, was gerade mit kleinen Kindern sehr angenehm ist… Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin/Eigentümerin ist sehr gut, Nachrichten werden direkt beantwortet. Das Auto kann direkt vor der Türe geparkt werden. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen! Wir sind die wunderschöne Gegend im Umkreis von 25km mit den Rädern abgefahren. Einfach traumhaft…

Location très agréable

La maison correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes, bien équipée, propre et bien décorée. Elle est également très bien située. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute et arrangeante. Je recommande.

wäre 5 sterne wenn wlan gut wäre

Eigentlich top und genauso wie in der Beschreibung beworben auch angetroffen. Wären auch 5 Sterne gewesen, wenn das wlan nicht extrem schlecht gewesen wäre! ( auf der Terasse ging gar nix )

Heel nieuw en mooi, schoon huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien (pergola met automatische zonwering, airco, fornuis, regendouche). Goede en betrokken eigenaresse. Aanrader.

Perfekte Woche

Wir waren zu viert unterwegs, die Töchter waren begeistert, dass sie ( endlich mal) ein Zimmer für sich hatten . Das Haus ist dezent und modern eingerichtet, es gibt genug Platz um Kleidung und Nahrungsmittel unterzubringen . Das Mobiliar und die Elektrogeräte sind ganz neu , der Weg zum Strand zu Fuß gut zu erreichen , der Weg nach Portbail ein längerer Spaziergang am Strand , oder wenn es in der Früh zum Bäcker schnell gehen soll, über die Straßen. Tolle leere Strände in Richtung Barneville-Carteret- Carteret. Wir waren begeistert ! ( am Grundstück gegenüber wird ein Haus gebaut , während der Zeit im Juli , als wir dort waren , war aber niemand dort)
