Our overall stay was good. Beds are a little hard. The fridge in the kitchen you have to push hard to shut the freezer part( the door drags the wall). Location is great easy in and out. In the master bedroom there was died bugs on floor. I just swept them up.
Love the location of this property. Every where we needed to go was just 2-3 miles away. So many near by restaurants and activities. Home was clean and spacious! Definitely would stay at this property again.
Found it comparable to Whispering Pines and Bear Crossing where weve been staying for many years. Location was highly desirable and it was easy to access bypass roads.
Located directly behind Dixie Stampede on the river the location is fantastic! Close to everything but isolated enough to not be in the busy traffic. Very clean inside.
This was our second stay in this property. We will make it our "go to" place. It is well appointed, the location is perfect and the hosts terrific. Great value as well. Look no further.
Overall the condo was very nice. There were a lot cob webs on the railing on the patio. The wooden rocking chairs weren;t really that sturdy. It met our needs quite nicely. Enjoyed sitting on the patio at night watching the fireworks at Dollywood.
Very nice unit.
Only challenges were internet issues and not being able to watch live television.... but these were not showstopper... just something to be aware of.
Would stay again.
When we arrived at the property at 4:30pm local time, we used the code given to open the door and the place was not cleaned, sheets were on the bed piled up and towels in the kitchen. It was apparent the maid never came to clean the location. I contacted the property owners and they said they would get a maid to us by 7pm. Called later at 7pm because no maid ever showed up, they said they couldn't get anyone to come clean the property and we would have to find someplace else to stay. It was spring break and there was no where else to stay. They never apologized for the issue, the owner was very casual about the entire thing. We had to clean the property and wash the sheets in order to stay starting at 8pm it was a long night. I didn't go on vacation to clean the place we stayed. No papertowels, no toilet paper, no trashbags either. The maid delivered those the next day and was not happy about doing it either. Horrible experience and we won't be back!

Our stay in pigeon forge
TV'S didn't work. Spoke to the owner but not much help. We had maintenance come up and they worked for about one hour. Very dusty... stove top was dirty. I will say they have plenty of dishes and everything else you need. Location was good. Very quiet and right by the elevator. Liked being able to park under the covering. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
Great location to everything we wanted to do! Mountains, good eats & interesting places to visit. The condo was comfortable and nice & quiet most times. Loved watching & listening to The Pigeon River and its inhabitants. Cutest blonde squirrel in tree in front of the balcony building it’s nest. Condo had all the comforts of home & then some! The balcony was great for gathering, playing games or just relaxing while soaking in the surroundings. Great place for adults. Good place to bring your kids to! Thank you for a wonderful, affordable week.

The condo was great, but disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not in service. I had specifically looked for a condo with a pool and hot tub, so I was unhappy that I was not told in advance that they were not in service. I would have stayed somewhere else had I known this. But the condo itself was nice.
