Just renovated! This is just the place you've been searching for. The Master bedroom has a king bed with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed a spacious closet. Full-sized kitchen, second bathroom, living room with sleeper sofa, and dining room. The deck off the living room overhangs Ten Mile Creek provides you with the relaxing sounds of running water and also has a gas grill. There is free Wi-Fi in the unit too. Only a few steps away from the clubhouse with a large common/meeting area with TV, hot tub, pool, and sauna as well as laundry facilities. Just miles away from 6 of Colorado’s World Class Resorts (Just 7 miles from Copper Mountain Ski Resort, 9 miles from Breckenridge and Keystone Ski Resorts, 13 miles from Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, 19 miles from Loveland Ski Area, and 23 miles from Vail Ski Resort), Lake Dillon, hundreds of miles of bike paths, and unlimited hiking trails, this is a convenient location to summer and winter activities. Move vehicles within 24 hrs of any snowfall

Please remember to move your vehicle into a cleared parking space if available, or any space other than the vehicle’s last location. This rotation is necessary for adequate snow removal and keeping the parking lot safe.

Vehicles that are not moved, especially those which create a hazard for snow removal and parking, will be towed at the owner’s expense.

No oversized trucks, or hitch mount ski/luggage racks are allowed in the B Building parking lot. Short term parking of such vehicles for loading & unloading is permitted, but please do not leave them all day or night. This can make it very difficult for other vehicles to park safely due to the tight space.

Large trucks & SUVs please park in the back lot by building C parallel to the clubhouse or in front of Building A

All trailers & recreational vehicles must be kept in the back lot and are not allowed for more than 10 days without written management approval.

One vehicle per bedroom!

The lot can get extremely full on busy weekends and it may be necessary to park in an unusual spot. This is allowed in such circumstances, but please use common sense. Never block a vehicle you do not own, never park in front of the dumpster or plow truck.

Awesome Condo!
This is our 3rd stay and again, we thoroughly enjoy the space, the location and the area. Bike paths the beautiful Ten Mile Creek, the Town of Frisco all right outside your door.

Great location and property
Initially our access to the door (the code itself) wasn’t correct, however messaging the owner (Adam), he responded within 2 mins and got us in. The property is modern and updated. We planned our event with the assistance of the property manager prior to our arrival. He was clear and specific on what is provided inside. Really enjoyed the stay and enjoyed the views. It’s a great centralized location for the resorts.

Perfect for what we needed
Perfect location. Modern interior, but nice and rustic accents. Clean and nice. We had three dudes, one in each bedroom and one on the foldout couch. There was plenty of room. This place could handle 5 or 6 people easily, if couples were in each of the bedrooms. I would definitely repeat.

wonderful clean and updated property
we were so happy with this property. The beds were really comfortable and the entire place was updated and so comfortable. At night it was very quiet in the room. Great location next to shops and restaurants. The only piece of furniture we missed was a coffee table for our appetizers. So much lighting when we needed it and a great closet full of games. The appliances so new and loved the undercounted lights and views of the stream.

Cozy getaway
Really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet area with rustling river in the back and only the chirping of birds that welcome you in the morning. Condo is extra cozy decorated and the kitchen is very nicely set up and fully stocked. Beds are really comfortable which makes a big difference to recharge after a long hike or ski day. Enjoyed the hot tub in de club house but must admit the clubhouse needs some renovation. Would be nice if the sauna would work. But overall, great experience.

Fantastic Home
I loved everything about my stay from the location, decor, and amenities. Frisco is a great town and the home is close to local restaurants and grocery stores. My friends and I were able to hop around different ski resorts and come back to a beautiful open concept kitchen and cook together. The property also has a solid hot tub that was much needed after a day on the slopes. I highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful condo in a great location!
The condo is beautifully remodeled with all the needed amenities. My kids loved the pool and had it all to themselves all week. We were able to walk into Frisco to have dinner and shop. And to top it all off, Ten Mile Creek off the back patio was gorgeous and made you feel like you were miles from town. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay on Ten Mile Creek
we go to frisco every year and while there’s no shortage of great condos this was particularly nice because it was on the first floor- we travel with our furbaby (who’s getting up there) and more outdoor gear than two people should be allowed to own so it was MUCH easier being on 1. it’s on the creek and we could walk out the patio door and cool off there after our rides. I work while here and there was great wi-fi (including for zoom). location is perfect- a quick walk to main street and less than that to cross the street and be on the trails. also worth noting the bed is super comfy. slept like we were home. highly rec and will def be back!

Mountain bliss!
Just returned from a wonderful two night stay at this gorgeous Mountain condo in Frisco. The property has been owned by the same family fir 40 years and thoughtfully updated in 2020. You can feel the love and oozes with luxury Colorado charm. From the moment we opened the door, we knew we'd want to return again some day and make this space our new home away from home. This place is so relaxing...best sleep ever, dreaming creekside. Very convenient if you plan to bring your pup; this is a first floor Unit with plenty of short walking paths around the condo complex. There is also a large trail system across the street for hikes, bikes, etc. We enjoyed exploring Main Street in Frisco...just a 10 minute stroll away. We drove because of the rain showers one night and had no trouble finding parking. Overall, wish we could've stayed longer...but enjoyed every special moment. Don't hesitate to book, you'll thank yourself!
