Access to semi-private elevator only goes to 4th floor. No Waiting = More Beach Time! This Gulf Front Panama City Beach condo has been given a fresh coastal look makeover.

1 Set of Free Beach Chairs & Large Umbrellas Included in Sumner & Fall Season until 10/31 weather and beach conditions permitting. A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

Beautiful view

This property, I think was exactly as described. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It was perfect for two people or even a small family. The couch slip cover needs to be replaced, I had to put a comforter on it to sit. It was definitely dirty. The beach is great and the tiki bar had goods drinks.Getting to and from the parking garage with all our stuff was kind of a pain, but manageable. Overall, a good stay.

Great stay

Immediately upon arrival, was met by two maintenance men offering help/directions. Instructions on e-mail traffic was accurate and easy to follow. Opened room easily. Very clean and tidy. Weather outside was chilly making the temperature inside hard to maintain warmth. Impressive kitchen cooking tools and eating utensil stock. Bathrooms were very clean. 9:00 a.m. checkout is difficult for late risers. Overall--A

Great location

Overall the building is in a fantastic location to Pier Park. Beautiful views of the Gulf and the pier. The unit could use a deep clean but overall a great place. We didn’t realize until we got there that the bedroom is on the street side not the gulf side so it was a bit louder than we would have liked.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of Calypso and the floor we were on were great. You can use a semiprivate elevator in the middle of the building to access floors 1-4. Where things went downhill is when we arrived, our door was left open, and our condo was over 80 degrees. The bath vanities had metal on the sides near the stools to cover up the **** rot. There was also black mold in the shower curtains. The icing on the cake were the couches. They were super dirty and had stains on them. I told my kids to not even sit on them. We have stayed a lot of other places in PCB that were cheaper and much nicer.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great having the separate elevator and easy access to the pier park. The condo itself was not clean. The floors had not been mopped in awhile I had to purchase a mop to mop so we didn’t have to keep shoes on the entire time. They had balloons, someone’s socks under the edge of the sofa that if the housekeeping would have even vacuumed would have noticed them, they had bottle caps on the tv stand so I don’t believe the condo was cleaned at all prior to our stay. Upon arriving the tv was not set so I contacted the staff which replied right away but once I stated the issue they did not respond again and I had to figure out that the tv needed to be rescanned for channels. The air conditioner was out one day when we noticed and reported it the informed us the whole building was out which should have been relayed to us before hand not after the fact. So again condo is great location in the complex and surrounding attractions but definitely needs better housekeeping and response on issues.

The condo was clean & exactly as described! No complaints on the condo but however there was construction going on and 2 pools shut down and I was never informed because I would have canceled had I known! The noise was so loud at our room but also on the beach! We were there to celebrate my husband’s 70th bday! So disappointed!!! Communication would have been nice!

Fun family vacation

We all had a wonderful time. Accommodations were just as advertised; the beach was excellent! They provided more than enough towels and even sand toys. The only complaint was lack of paper towels and toilet paper, one roll per bathroom wasn’t enough. They should at least provide an extra roll in the cabinet.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at 2-407w. I did notice that the main bathroom had some damage on the bottom of the vanity and some of the floor tiles seem to move or make noise when walked on. Also the light out front didn’t work and the tan light in the master didn’t work. But overall great stay

Nice location

Apartment very very clean well equipped they have a blender too. Location is right next to the Pier where the shops are. Got 2 sun beds with umbrella, only thing is the beds are too close to each other, they correct that the last day we stayed. Friendly guy at the office, there’s no bbq outside the apartment complex like others. To go back to get the car you have to go to level 3 and go across the road to the other building. You can not be drunk here because you get lost. Complex is very clean too.

Family trip

Pictures are pretty accurate of property. However, housekeeping seems to be slacking some. Both bathrooms were dirty when we arrived. We weren’t able to use the bathtub for our small children due to black chunks falling out of faucet. Hall bathroom smelled like urine and shower was yellow. The lights in the bedroom and living room were all blown and never replaced ( we requested that the day of check in). There is absolutely no where to un- pack suitcases. So if space is what you are looking for, this unit is not for you. There is only one small dresser with very shallow drawers.

Reviewer Comments: We selected this condo bc the pictures showed a nice, clean condo that wasn’t too high up and was just what we needed for a group of 3. Upon arrival we were severely disappointed with what we booked and it continued to get worse throughout the week. We aren’t hard to please but when the couch is so worn out that it’s not even comfortable to sit on and you have to buy a sheet to cover them bc they are so dirty, that says something. Not to mention all the food and trash under the couch. After night 1, the bottom bunk was so uncomfortable to the point you could feel springs that we bought a mattress topper to get through the week. The bathrooms each had black mold and the cabinets were so water damaged that they were falling apart. There was an air freshener that was so gross & needed to be replaced in the hall bath. The first full day the air conditioner stopped working and we woke up to the condo at 77 degrees. When we called we were told to just reset it. There were only 6 pool bands versus the 7 the paper said it came with. Lastly, the amount of disrespectful guests at the pool with no security intervening was alarming. Countless kids were hit in the face with hard footballs and music so loud that you could hear it across the entire beach. We were extremely disappointed with our stay. I would not recommend this condo.
