Country house completely renovated for a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and have the comforts of a small town with restaurants and a food store.
The house has a private pool with solarium and sun loungers, terrace furniture and outdoor shower. It is located in the center of an almond and carob farm at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains.

Traumurlaub

Wir haben zu dritt mit unserer Tochter gut zwei Wochen in der Finca verbracht. Es war einfach nur traumhaft schön. Die Kommunikation mit Aina war super, ein Paar Lebensmittel haben schon auf uns gewartet. Man ist absolut ungestört und das Haus und die Umgebung waren sauber, alles wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen! Danke für Alles.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Die Kommunikation mit Aina und das Ein- und Auschecken liefen reibungslos. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Sowohl die Räume im Haus als auch die Terasse und der Pool sind sehr sauber und und in einem top Zustand. Bei unserer Ankunft waren auch ein paar Snacks und Getränke im Kühlschrank. Wir können das Haus für einen Urlaub mit 2 Erwachsenen uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Da das Haus auch über ein Gästezimmer mit kleinem Bad verfügt, ist auch Platz für ein Kind.

Magnifique maison en campagne

Superbe petite finca dans les champs près de Moscari au décor moderne et chaleureux. Tout est pensé pour offrir un séjour confortable et agréable pour une petite famille. Nous étions 3 , 2 adultes et 1 enfant. La maison a deux chambre, la chambre principale et une jolie petite chambre vraiment sympa qui peut accommoder deux enfants. La piscine et l’aménagement extérieur permettent l’apéro et les repas à l’extérieur. La maison est près du petit village de Moscari, une voiture est nécessaire pour les déplacements. Les restaurants ne sont pas à proximité et les plages sont à plus de 45 minutes. À prévoir, mais parfait pour aller tout autour de l’ile sans changer de location. N’hésitez pas!

Ruhige Finca mit Pool

Insgesamt gibt es wenig zu motzen, man bekommt genau das was auch beschrieben ist. Ein ruhig gelegene Finca, mit einem schönen Pool für sich alleine, einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto 10 min. entfernt (Lidl). Es liegt viel Natur um die Finca deshalb muss man sich auch an die Insekten gewöhnen das ist alles. Ansonsten sehr angenehm eingerichtet, kleiner essenvorrat war auch da. Aus unserer Sicht ein absolut gelungener Urlaub, die Vermieterin kann man jederzeit mit Fragen und empfehlungen Anfragen, und bekommt prompt antwort

Tolles Haus zum entspannen

Wir waren 6 Nächte dort und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Haus war sauber und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der große Pool lud morgens schon zur Erfrischung ein und wurde von uns an allen Tagen ausgiebig genutzt. Aina ist eine nette Gastgeberin und sogar der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft mit Brot, Butter, Aufschnitt, Milch, Wasser und Saft bestückt. Toll, so fühlt man sich gleich wohl und willkommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona) sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Inca erreichbar.

Très bon séjour mais… !

La villa est très belle, propre et bien aménagée. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis et c'est agréable. Elle était bien située pour notre séjour, visite de Soller, Alcudia et Pollença en 30 min en moyenne. Il y a des Commerces (Lidl, Aldi à Inca) à environ 10 min en voiture. La propriétaire est très gentille, disponible et accueillante :) Pour apporter un avis honnête il y avait 2 bémols que nous préférons mentionner pour les personnes que ça pourrait déranger : - Nous aurions aimé de temps en temps nous poser à la villa en dehors des visites pour profiter de la piscine, or il y a un essaim de guêpes au bord de la piscine, qui volent également au dessus de l'eau, ce qui nous a empêché de nous baigner à plusieurs reprises, notre fille de 4 ans était assez déçue. - 2ème point, les chiens de la voisine de l'autre côté de la rue aboient quasiment toute la journée, même le soir. Des moutons, ânes et oies sont autour de la maison et font également pas mal de bruit le soir. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé outre mesure mais nous le précisons. La nuit il n'y a pas de bruit, nous n'avons pas été dérangés pour dormir ;) A l'exception de ces détails nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette villa qui était magnifique !

Perfekter Urlaub

Dies war unser erster Urlaub auf einer Finca. Dafür war die Location perfekt. Für 2 Personen super geeignet. Gute Betreuung durch Aina. Ruhige Lage. Die Ausstattung der Finca ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Tolle moderne Finca in ruhiger Lage. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (11 u. 14 J.) da . Der große Pool wurde jeden Tag genutzt. Morgens gab es frisch gepflückte Feigen zum Frühstück. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Alles in allem: Ein perfekter Urlaub! Vielen Dank Aina!

Lovely villa in rural village

Great little villa with everything you need for a perfect stay. The building has been designed very well with 2 en-suite bathrooms created through using glass and essentially wardrobe doors. If you are friends staying or 2 couples just be aware that privacy not always possible with this design. For us it was simply fab. Pool plenty big enough for 2 boys and pathways to cool off and have fun. Aina was there to meet us and she lives close by if we needed anything The village is a 3 min walk and has a lovely little shop and 1 restaurant and a cafe all recommended. 20 mins drive from beaches and large towns so everywhere easily accessible

Absolute Empfehlung

Meine Frau und ich verbrachten eine Woche in diesem wundervollen Objekt. Wir wurden von Aina sehr zuvorkommend empfangen und über Details zum Haus und der Umgebung informiert. Die Sanierung der Finca wurde durch einen Architekten geplant und durchgeführt. Dies merkt man an netten Details in der Finca und im Aussenbereich. Die Lage ist einerseits sehr ruhig und privat und andererseits hervorragend als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für tägliche Ausflüge. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung ohne Einschränkung! Vielen Dank Aina!

La maison est super : des beaux matériaux c'est propre la propriétaire est très sympas endroit reposant .....la piscine et les extérieurs sont aussi très bien Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cette Finca.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Absolutes Traumhaus inmitten der Natur. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig ! Das Ferienhaus ist super schön eingerichtet. Die Terrasse und der Pool laden zum relaxen ein. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man schnell in allen Ecken der Insel - wenn man überhaupt weg will. Aina ist eine super nette Gastgeberin ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen 100% wieder !!!

Highly recommended, a perfect holiday home

What a fantastic property in a wonderful location. I deal for those who prefer the peace and quiet away from all the crowds yet within easy reach of some beautiful villages and local attractions. The owner Aina is fantastic and could not be more accommodating, the property is of a very high standard and has everything you could need for a self catering holiday, Probably the best property we have rented in years.
