Dejlig lejlighed

Meget dejlig lejlighed, fin, ren og alt fungerede tilfredsstillende. Gode metro og busforbindelser. I myldretiden er metroen meget fuld. Afstand til Madrid centrum m. Metro = 30-35 minutter.

Insgesamt angenehme Unterkunft

Die frisch renovierte FeWo war insgesamt angenehm. Störend war die stark befahrene Straße, die unmittelbar am Haus vorbei führt. Hier sind die Bilder, die bei FeWo-Direkt zu sehen sind, nicht ganz "ehrlich". Angrenzend liegt zwar der riesige Park Casa de Campo, aber von dem sieht man nicht viel von der Wohnung aus. In der Küche fehlte vor allem ein Toaster. Der Vermieter kümmert sich ausgesprochen gut um seine Gäste ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Situé dans un quartier madrilène hors de l'hypercentre, nous sommes rapidement dans le centre avec le métro. la pièce principal est équipé de climatisation ce qui est essentiel en cette période (semaine entre 33 et 38°C). Great Apartment

We stayed for a week and it's a great place. Quick and easy to get to the centre of Madrid from the nearby Metro. Jose was incredibly helpful with advice about attractions to visit and the best way to get there and tips about keeping costs down. Small bakery down the road and a large supermarket less than 10 minutes walk away. Clean, cool and a great layout and facilities. Highly recommended as the area is also quiet enough to sleep at night! Dermot

Confort, calme et proximité

Une trés bonne adresse, un appartement que je recommande pour le confort et la proximité du centre. Trés tranquille dans un quartier avec tous les commerces nécessaires. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité de José. Si nous revenons à Madrid, car c'est une ville que nous aimons beaucoup, nous réserverions de nouveau cet appartement.

Bel Appartement, bien situé, proprietaire trés à l'ecoute et serviable.

Malgré notre arrivée tardive, suite à un petit accrochage automobile, José nous attendais. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Appartement très sympathique et fonctionnel. Bonne situation, à proximité de petits commerces et des transports en commun dans un quartier calme. Parking privé Callé Azor , pas de problème de stationnement. Il manquait juste quelques ustensiles de cuisine. José va y remédier. Je recommande cet appartement.
