Une localisation idéale pour découvrir Bordeaux et ses environs. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, les propriétaires sont disponibles et réactifs pour répondre à nos questions, et le loft est très bien équipé et agréable à vivre.

Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt. Tolles Grundstück, sicheres Parken, sehr netter Gastgeber Patrick. Sehr moderne Wohnung. Was fehlte, waren Ablage- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher im Bad. Schlafzimmer über Stiege zu erreichen, keine Toilette oben vorhanden. Kein Backofen. Eine Kaffeemaschine oder French Press wäre angenehm gewesen. Kurzum, tolle Atmosphäre, teilweise wenig praktikabel. Aber sauber, sauber, sauber.

Endroit parfait pour visiter Bordeaux et sa région.
Maison calme et très bien située. A 10 minutes à pied du tram et d'un centre commercial. A 2 minutes à pied d'une boulangerie. Petit coin extérieur agréablement aménagé pour dîner ou prendre l'apéritif. Je recommande. Joëlle.

Parfaite
Location parfaite, tant au niveau du confort que de l'agencement. Prix tout à fait correct pour la prestation. Son emplacement est idéal pour visiter Bordeaux avec le tram à 10 minutes à pieds. Le propriétaire est charmant mais surtout pas envahissant comme peuvent l'être d'autres propriétaires. Rien à redire à part que nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce loft.

P comme Parfait endroit pour un séjour en famille !C’est une Très jolie maison spacieuse exactement comme sur l’annonce . Y séjourner est un réel bonheur ! L’accès est simple .Il y a une place de parking .Je conseil cette endroit vivement !

Quelques déceptions, dommage
La photo de la maison sur le site Abritel met en valeur le bien mais ce côté n’est pas accessible aux résidents... Des fuites cela peut arriver lors de gros orages mais quand il pleut dans la maison et que l’on vous répond que puis je faire?le propriétaire ne se déplace pas.....le saladier et les bols en plastique, très usagés fuient et lors de l’entretien la veille du départ le propriétaire répond c’est de la location....quel manque de décence et de savoir vivre.

Excellent séjour dans une très belle location.
Ma fille et son conjoint ont passé un excellent séjour. Accueil chaleureux à l'arrivée et découverte de ce très beau loft moderne dans une bâtisse en pierre située d'un côté dans une rue très calme et bordée par les vignes. Beaucoup de cachet, très propre et fonctionnel. La personne sur place est très attentionnée et d'une grande gentillesse. Cette location est une petite pépite que je recommande vraiment.

bello, non troppo confortevole
L’appartamento (loft) ha begli spazi, è molto ampio e ben sistemato; la posizione è una comoda base per la visita alla città di Bordeaux e per escursioni nei dintorni, come per esempio le zone vinicole, e fino alla costa. Supermercati a poca distanza e accesso alla circonvallazione autostradale (Rocade) nelle vicinanze. Le dotazioni sono essenziali; i generi alimentari di prima necessità consistono in un set di sale pepe olio aceto, nient’altro. Quindi portatevi o acquistate sul posto caffè in capsule (il proprietario vi propone una confezione di Nespresso a 10 euro) o, se non amate l’espresso, caffè in polvere con una caffettiera, tè, tisane eccetera. E il sapone per le mani (il dispenser era vuoto). Assicuratevi anche di avere un adattatore per le prese francesi, se dovete attaccarci delle spine a tre uscite. Niente asciugacapelli al momento, e nemmeno una mensola in bagno. Mi pare manchino anche le pastiglie per la lavastoviglie, nel caso voleste usarla. All’arrivo vi verranno fatti siglare e firmare i documenti inviati in precedenza sullo stato dei luoghi e la lista del mobilio, nonché consegnare una cauzione (quindi dovete viaggiare con un assegno, cosa poco pratica se il vostro è un lungo viaggio che comprende diverse tappe).

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine dans cette charmante maison/loft. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, joliment décoré et très calme. La situation du logement est par ailleurs très bonne puisque l'accès à la rocade de Bordeaux est tout proche et permet de rejoindre le centre ville en 15 min à peine. Le logement est également très proche de toutes les commodités (pharmacie / boulangerie et un grand centre commercial). Toutes les visites de la semaine ont pu être réalisées en 45min/1h de voiture (st émilion / bord de mer / arcachon / dune du pyla ...) ce qui est très appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et avons été très bien accueillis par ailleurs par les propriétaires.

Super séjour dans un super endroit!
Rien à redire sur ce magnifique loft très bien décoré et tout neuf. Conforme aux photos! L'endroit est à la fois très calme et bien situé : tout est à proximité et accessible aussi bien en voiture qu'en bus. Patrick, le propriétaire, est très agréable et nous a fait part de ses conseils pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour dans cette région. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation!

Repos garentis 😉
Magnifique loft tout équipé au calme, à proximité de Bordeaux. Il me manque rien, il suffit juste de poser vos valises !! Très bonne literie. Possibilité de rejoindre Bordeaux en bus et aussi en tram. Super accueil de Patrick et disponible quand à besoin. Je vous conseille vraiment ce loft, il est topisisme !

ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Domizil
das Angebot war in keinster Weise übertrieben. Das Feriendomizil befindet sich auf seinem sehr gepflegten Anwesen und ist liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Küche ist perfekt. Im Ort selbst befinden sich 3!! Chateaus. In kürzester Zeit erreicht man das Zentrum von Bordeaux. Wir werden bei nächster Gelegenheit wiederkommen! Rita und Co aus dem Schwarzwald

Sejour idyllique
Après une arrivé ou nous avons eu un bon accueil, nous avons decouvert ce loft entièrement neuf meublé avec goût et tres chalereux. A quelques minutes du centre ville de Bordeaux et a 45 minutes d'arcachon il est idéalement positionné pour papilloner dans la region Bordelaise. Des châteaux viticoles prestigieux a nos pieds nous nous sommes régalé. La nespresso était un petit plus pour savourer de bon café après nos vadrouilles. Litterie excellente, calme et repos assuré. Un logement que nous avons hâte de retrouver. Une adresse a conseiller sans hésitations. Un seul regret : notre depart, nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps.
