Water Pointe 1 is an ocean front condominium community located at 4619 South Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach with no retail, no restaurants, and very little noise yet only a mile from all the miniature golf, restaurants, and shopping you could ever want.

Our Hassle Free philosophy is achieved by providing detailed arrival & departure instructions, keyless entry in most locations, and being available to answer questions before, during, and after your visit.

My week at waterpoint 1 unit 0601

I was very pleased with this condo. It was very clean and very well supplied with everything you needed to cook. We did not have to purchase anything beautiful view and you can see the pool right off the balcony if you had children in the pool, the beds were very comfortable. The layout of the condo was really nice. The bedrooms are not right on top of each other. The master bathroom was awesome. The owners of the condo was right on spot. Any time I text or email them they got right back to me they were very pleasant and was willing to fix any problems that I had while I was there . I would definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect!

I could not say enough great things about this place. The unit was wonderful and the building is incredibly clean/quiet. Randy dealt with our AC problem quickly and easily….much appreciated. We had a great time and would definitely choose the waterpointe and happy crab again!

Amazing property

Excellent Location!!!

We loved the location of our condo at North Myrtle Beach. The area wasn't as busy as some others we visited and the beach was clean. The condo was clean, parking was adequate, and the view was breathtaking. Restaurants and shops were a very short drive from the unit and there were plenty of choices for those. Happy Crab was a breeze to deal with and I would encourage booking a stay with them!

Sweet little spot

Amazingly short walk to beach and great view of the pool. Wish it had more basic supplies like cooking spray or beach toys and chairs. I believe it says it in the description but most places do have these things handy. Not much else walking distance but barefoot landing which has the best ice cream and little shops is only a 5 min drive. Overall a cute little spot!

Beautiful Stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. There was plenty of space for my parents, my husband and our 4 month old son. Right on the beach and short walks or drives from lots of nice restaurants. Condo was super clean, quiet and exactly as advertised and wonderful to have laundry with the little one. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Fantastic winter

This unit met all our expectations. It was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The building is great and there is always something to do.Randy makes the rental process easier than any other we have done. We will be back next year.

Excellent !!

We’ve been vacationing at water point 1 for over 15 years. And this is by far one of our best times ever. The room was very clean very up-to-date. The booking process was simple and easy, and the accommodations were certainly five star. We will definitely be booking our next vacation reservations at the same unit 701. We had a fantastic time for our yearly girl’s trip! Perfect place and very clean.

The kitchen is well stocked. We had a great time. Our only recommendation from 6 adult women (ages 36-60) is it could use some bathroom hooks in each one to hang towels and such. We would definitely book it again. 😊

Super Clean, Great Location!

We can't wait to come back to Waterpointe 1! Our condo was immaculate when we arrived. Lots of space for a group of women on a girl's weekend. Great location to shopping and restaurants.

Little Piece of Paradise

Randy, the owner was great to deal with from the time of booking until leaving. The condo was cozy, clean, and in a nice part of Myrtle Beach. We had a great view of the beach/ocean from the balcony. Having the washing machine was a great feature, it gave us the opportunity to get clothes washed before returning home.

Great experience from start to finish. Condo and complex was very clean and updated. Clean and comfortable furniture and bedding. Got a lot of use of the indoor pool and hot tub. Owner Randy was easy to contact and helpful with check in process.
