Wonderful trip on the mountains

We visited for a wedding and traveled with three kids (one a baby) and had a wonderful time. The space was very clean and well kept. The kids loved the bunk beds. The bathrooms were a highlight with heated floors and nice tub. Would come back

Nice but not elegant…

This property is in a great location. Very walkable to activities within Suncadia. Elegant is probably an overstatement. Its was extremely clean but definitely feels a bit dated - bunk curtains, valances on windows, loose cabinet doors, and the color scheme of beiges and browns in carpet, paint and window treatments. Feels more lodge like. The oven didn’t work on the “bake” setting when we were there and the freezer made ice but it wouldn’t dispense it through the door. Some light bulbs were out. There were barely enough towels in the master bath. Beds were comfortable. Fireplace was nice. Main gripe about the title name is “shared hot tub” which doesn’t apply in the winter. Scrolling down through the listing in smaller print it does say this. But still a bummer because sitting in a hot tub with a snowy view is fun. They should change their heading seasonally so as not to mislead. And there wasn’t enough parking when we were there so that was problematic. It was a nice place but I might look to stay elsewhere next visit to Suncadia.

Great place

Loved our stay. However, Something is wrong with the furnace and needs to be fixed. It on occasion would shake the entire unit and sound like a mac truck was coming thru. No exaggeration. It would happen a few times during the day or night. Otherwise we loved it

I would say its one of the quietest areas around suncadia had pool all to ourselves. Perfect for family of five and two dogs. I would book again. Recomend cooking on barbeque instead (smoke alarm went off twice when cooking indoors) we enjoyed the fire pit also outdoors(lighter not found though). Walking distance to coffee shop at lodge. Very minimal adjustments. The place had 4 coffee pots and no keurig version, more kitchen towels please, dissenfectant cleaner needed, There was a key fob issue only had 1 not 2 which we worked around. Almost Perfect! Great job. I would like to rent this specific unit again.

Very nice 2 bedroom

Great location being close to Suncadia Lodge and decent view of mountains. This 2 bedroom with bunks was clean, had a well equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms. Curtains in the bunk beds could use a little work. I would recommend this rental! (We had a 3 and 1 year old, parents and Grandparents.)

Dog Poop In the Bedroom

We arrived early. It was over 100 degrees so we hoped to check in and get out of the heat. We were able to get our key fob but when we peeked in the room, it was a disaster... towels thrown on the floor, linens piled upon the beds, dishes and food crumbs scattered in the kitchen, and the patio furniture piled in the living room including the outdoor table was sideways propped against the wall! Since there were 7 of us and a dog, we sought refuge in the lobby until the room was ready. At 3:30 we peeked in again and the room was untouched. We immediately called the property manager listed on a brochure in the unit. She did not pick up but her VM said she doesn't work on Fridays (the day we were to check in) and to contact "Kerstin". So we call her but her VM said to call "Donna". So we called her and were only able to leave a message. At 4pm (our check in time) we all came in to the unit to try to relax in the AC. At that time, we noticed a pile of dog poop in one of the bedrooms! GROSS. Finally, Donna called back after about an hour but said she doesn't manage that region and to keep trying Kerstin. Thank you very little, Donna! After multiple calls to Kerstin we finally called Vacasa and demanded to speak to a supervisor. They connected me to "Cedric". He expressed his sincerest apologies and said he would try to contact Kerstin. He said he would work on a refund. After another hour or so of waiting and frustration continuing to build (great way to kick off the vacation, right??) we decided to start cleaning the unit ourselves. We figured they were not ever going to get a crew out and we had nowhere else to stay. We moved the patio furniture out, cleaned up the poop (so fun!), vacuumed, wiped down all the countertops and dressers etc, did a load of dishes, and 3 loads of laundry. All the while Cedric could not make any progress on his end. He continued to express his apologies but at least we were finally comfortable. The next morning Kerstin calls. She said she had a family emergency all night. If this was true, then why not delegate your work to someone else? If this is Vacasa's process, then she should be fired. There is no way she should have left us stranded in that situation. If this ISN'T Vacas's process, then Vacasa is a poorly managed business and someone else needs to be fired! Kerstin said she was going to refund our entire trip and cleaning deposit. It is now over a month and our dispute for a refund is still ongoing. Out!

Clean spacious and a great place for work conference at Suncadia lodge

We came for a work conference at the Suncadia lodge and when all the rooms were booked we opted for the condo. It is a 3 min walk to the lodge. This unit had two separate rooms and was perfect for my colleague and myself. The living and kitchen are shared space and there is plenty of privacy for each guest. The covered deck was a great place to sip coffee and watch the deer graze.

Trailhead lodge #302

This is a beautiful condo, large kitchen, everything was decorated so nicely. We woke one morning to see Elk! The only complaint we had was the master bathroom toilet seat needs to be fixed or a new one. It will shoot you pretty much off of it! I know that was mentioned in other review. We will definitely be returning to 302!!

Winter Break Fun

Really enjoyed the condo. As advertised was very comfortable close to fun activities and quiet. Only knock was very limited parking out in front of the condo building. If you did not get a spot, you would have to park by the lodge and walk pretty far to the condo.

Overall a great experience. Just some housekeeping glitches such as old coffee in the coffee pot etc. nothing that would deter a return visit.

Condo #302 Trailhead

Very nice and cozy,it was fun watching the snowfall from the deck, The place could use a little maintenance on some things, loose cabinet door hinges , the kitchen sink sprayer does not move in and out very well. Also one coffee pot did not work and the other one has a cracked glass pot. But other than that we loved it

Great place but what you need to know

I loved everything about this place except one detail the listing doesn’t cover. Since we didn’t reserve through Suncadia we could not use the swim and fitness center which is the large pool with the slides. Also some of the Winterfest can be booked in advance for guests and the public can join in if there is open spots when you show up. We would have liked to do the swim and fitness center and also Santa’s elves deliver presents (Suncadia reservations only). The condo was FANTASTIC! Very spacious and fully stocked kitchen. Beautifully decorated too! Within walking distance to the main lodge for food and we used the lodges small pool and hot tub. Came with a Roku so we had great TV options too.
