Sand Dunes Resort, Ocean View Getaway, 5th Floor!
NOTE: Sand Dunes North Tower Roof Replacement Project will be from February 6 - March 1, 2025. Resort will have some road or walkways closures around the property. They will be onsite Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:30am-6:00pm and potentially on some weekends. Please be aware that there will be noise during the day while resort is working on this project.
Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.
Yes, the beaches, pools, and restaurants are now open! This condo is professionally cleaned and has contactless check-in. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4. It's located in the exclusive Dunes neighborhood and has an ocean view from the private balcony. There are many popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping nearby.
NOTE: Outdoor Pool Water Feature Fixture Painting - Temporary Pool Closure
-the outdoor pool along with the small kiddie pool will be closed beginning on Monday, April 28th and the large pool will open back up again on Thursday, May 1st, once the pool is open the water features as well as the kiddie pool will remain off until Monday, May 5th to allow for the full 7 day cure time.

We just loved the ocean view from this condo the first time we visited! Our young child enjoys the pools and beach area!

This condo has a refrigerator, microwave, LCD TV, and oceanfront views. Great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas! The great pool area and lazy river area are perfect for relaxing by the ocean. Steps from the beach!
