This apartment is a duplex :

Upstairs there is :

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor , for now there is no elevator , it is planned for late November.

CAUTION due to water damage the ceiling paint has been damaged.

The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.
