Feeling restless and looking for a place to relax this summer? Get away from it all in this quiet, comfortable two-story home 15 minutes west of downtown Austin.
Unwind in the private, outdoor pool area shaded by native Texas trees. Enjoy a drink at the swim-up pool bar while dinner cooks on the green egg. You’ll find an outdoor eating area for 8 on the lower deck, covered dining area on the upper deck, and conversation settee on the lower patio.
Don’t worry about complicated home automation, the provided equipment makes it easy to control the pool, outdoor music, and indoor KETRA lighting.
When you need a break from the sun, head inside where the open floor plan features a modern kitchen with dual oven and dual-boiler espresso machine for that perfect coffee. Or just fight it out with available ping pong, foosball, or board games.
Master suite on the main level, four bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom.
The home is professionally cleaned and disinfected with appropriate COVID-19 precautions.
Maximum number of guests on premises is 10, maximum number of cars is 6. No parties or pets.
