West Side Cottages “Unit R” is a newly constructed, luxurious beach house waiting to welcome you with 1,440 sq ft of living space, granite counter tops and plank flooring throughout. Coastal decor, plenty of natural lighting, and contemporary design make this home an inviting space to spend your beach vacation in. With a fully equipped kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, you'll find all you need for preparing delicious dinners and quick snacks during your stay. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. In the living room, you'll be able to lounge and enjoy the Smart TV when you're not fishing on the pier or soaking up the sun at the beach. The patio features a sectional couch and two tall chairs with a table, perfect for enjoying morning or evening views of the sun while you enjoy your favorite drink and chat. There is ample space for everyone in your crew to rest up after each day's adventures, as well, with a total of 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa meaning this house accommodates up to 10 guests. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and a private, en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom features a plush king bed and the first guest bedroom features a cozy queen bed. In the third bedroom, you'll find a twin bunk bed with a slide out trundle bed, as well as another twin bed – making it a perfect room for kids! Aside from the private en-suite bathrooms, you'll find a fourth full bathroom on the same floor as the living room and kitchen. No bathroom waiting times or trouble getting ready when you stay here!
On top of the comfort and luxury provided by the cottage itself, you'll enjoy the benefits offered by the community it is located in. Being located directly on the lagoon means that you'll see beautiful sunsets in the evenings and you can enjoy catching a few fish on the pier located behind the house. There is an exclusive, resort style pool to make a splash in as well, with bathrooms! The public beach access is less than ¼ mile away and the lagoon pass beach located on the side is also a short walk down the paved boardwalk. Other features of Gulf Shores include "The Hangout" home to the famous "Hangout Music Festival" where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. * RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.
* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 4 vehicles per reservation parked under the cottage, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
