A group of friends wanting to make memories fishing and enjoying the shed for entertainment, a family holiday or someone who wants to get away from the city, unwind and enjoy the quiet suburb and stylish homey touches the house has to offer.
Only a short walk from club manning bowling club, beaches, playground and public bbq area.
The outdoor entertainment area is perfect for a BBQ or fire pit for the night whilst kicking back.
This property is an an ideal, quiet location close to 4WD beach access, Manning River, Bowling club and General Store. Ideal for anyone wanting that peaceful escape from the city or just need a peaceful break-away.
Only 2hrs drive north of Newcastle .Enjoy fishing, boating, canoeing, quite walks along our pristine beach.
All amenities including a General Store catering for takeaway, fuel, bottle shop , bait and much more. Fenced river pool, boat ramp, children's park.
Linen is supplied, beds are not made.
No Parties or 'Schoolies' are permitted.
