Fantastic location and great space for a family getaway

We had a great time at this property. The kids and dog loved the yard and the location was just perfect. So close to town and the beach - lovely not to have to get in the car once we got there. Will definitely book again :)

weekend away

it was relaxing and enjoyable, the bed we were in the mattress seemed old and soft had to move to one of the other bedrooms. the place is what it said a Bach! maybe could do with some time spent on it and a bit of a over-hall. couch had seen better days

Central Whangamata

fantastic location did not have to use the car, walked and biked everywhere. Great having the hot outdoor shower to wash off after the beach. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Ideal location for beach and town

We found the Bach to be rather “well worn”. The kitchen was disorganised and lacked enough plates and cutlery. The shower wasn’t clean and the curtain was completely shredded and dirty. On the deck, boards and nails were sticking out and loose which was dangerous. There was a musty smell in the bedrooms, possibly coming from the old ripped carpet. The sun umbrella was broken along with most of the plastic outdoor chairs. There was also general rubble and ribbish around the side of the deck. The recycling bin stunk due to a huge buildup of rotten rubbish in the bottom. However the fans in the bedrooms were good and the location.

A fabulous location, lovely house, great amenities. We had a wonderful time .

We had a fabulous stay in this property. The house is in a very central location- close to both beach and shops. House was really clean and comfortable and had outstanding amenities .

Great little kiwi Bach, and although quite small felt spacious and uncluttered. Outdoor warm shower was good & private at rear of property after beach swim.The location for us was excellent , main street, shopping, café and beach access only a minutes walk only used car if we were getting groceries at local supermarket. We were able to take our dog, outdoor area & shed was awesome, property also fully fenced. Great holiday would rent again.
