A classic New Zealand holiday house in a private location 50 metres from the beautiful white sands of Onetangi Beach with amazing views of the beach.

3 bedrooms on the upper level accessed by external stairs.

Close to Waiheke's famous vineyards, olive groves, Saturday market and 9 golf course.

Decks and large outdoor dining area have magnificent views of the entire bay. Buses meet the ferry and stop 50 metres from the house.

Fully furnished with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas BBQ, TV, video, Stereo/CD player, cot and highchair. Other properties also available for a group or couple.
Suitable for family groups or corporate getaways.
Definitely NO PARTIES permitted including pre or post wedding gatherings.

Pricing varies according to occupancy. Seasonal and one night surcharges apply. Definitely

The overall standard not in line with advertisements. Place is old and could do with major upgrade.

Accessibility is inadequate. Large pothole at turnoff from driveway can only be considered as dangerous. No key meaning place left unlocked.

The location is superb, a short steep, walk to Onetangi beach.

The location is superb, a short steep, walk to Onetangi beach. The upper level has wide views of the beach. The house has many bedroom/bathroom/ living space options for a group of 8. .Parking is tricky for more than one large vehicle. You need a torch if arriving at night. The house was well stocked with crockery cutlery glasses, but could do with BBQ tools. Sheets, towels, and bathrooms were clean but could do with a few more towels. We had to remove all our rubbish and recycling.

wonderful views, but the property is very tired.

wonderful views, but the property is very tired. A coat of paint plus new kitchen don't alter that. We were all most disappointed and considered it above all poor value.
