Holiday home within easy walk to town (approx 15 minutes) and to lake edge (3 minutes) with views of the lake and mountains from a large elevated deck. Situated close to Eely point with easy access to boat launching ramp, bike trails and walking tracks. Newly renovated with modern kitchen, three bedroom house with two bathrooms (including an ensuite) and seperate toilet. Large open plan living/dining area with log burner and heatpump. Off street parking with garage available and area to park boat.

August ski week

Very comfortable and thoughtfully kitted out with everything you might need. Well heated with wood fireplace and other heaters. Welcoming host.

Cosy cottage

We loved our stay - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Mountain views and lake glimpses. Extremely well set up with everything we needed for our 7 nights. Check in was a breeze and the hosts were really responsive. A 20-25 minute walk into town mostly along the waterfront. the afternoon sun was perfect for reading a book on either of the decks.

A great home with a mountain view

Everything about the house was perfect. Lovely comfortable beds to sleep in, room to hang clothes, great kitchen to cook in and a big fridge. With a beautiful mountain view and a beautiful garden in a quiet street, just the perfect place to stay and just 1 min drive to Wanaka town centre.

A cosy house in a very convenient location

We loved our stay at this property in Wanaka. It had everything we needed after a day's skiing, and we could relax by the fire to recover! Beautiful garden which the kids loved running around in. Anne and Nigel were very helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again if we came back to Wanaka. Great location very close to lake, shops and town park.

Wonderful!

Perfect stay for family. Loved the fire and beautiful views from big picture windows. The kids loved the backyard. We used this as our base for a week skiing at Cardrona and it could’nt have been more perfect! Thanks Anne and Nigel.

Great stay

We had a lovely stay. The house is equipped with everything you could want and the gardens are beautifully presented. There are great views of the mountains from all the windows across the front of the house. Special thanks to Anne for letting us use the bikes. We hope to return someday.

An absolute gem

This is the ideal home away from home. It was very warm, homely, comfortable and had the best location. Wanaka is the perfect base to discover some of New Zealand’s treasures. Thankyou Anne and Nigel.

We had such a warm welcome from the property owners with lots of personal touches to make us feel at home. The house in a quiet area was spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay so enjoyable. It is only a short walk to the lakes edge where you can then continue along the foreshore to all that Wanaka has on offer. The perfect holiday house!

Fantastic home

We absolutely loved our stay at Anne and Nigel’s place in Wanaka. The home was perfectly situated close to town and for walks around the lake. About a 15 minute walk to town but quick drive. There were lots of sunny spots to follow the sun around the home inside or relaxing on the deck overlooking the mountain view. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed and more.

Very handy and close to the water. Loverly sun filled property but was just a little concerned that you have to walk through the 3rd sleeping area to get to the bathroom.

I have returned to this house several times. The hosts are lovely. It has a wonderful vibe - peaceful and very comfortable. Lovely sunny living space, fantastically equipped kitchen and comfy beds. A five minute walk to the beach and an easy walk into town. Paradise away from the madness

Wonderful Wanaka Welcome

Anne and Nigel's lovely home welcomed us with sunshine warming the front rooms which have great views towards the mountains. There is a large fireplace and a well-appointed kitchen. We enjoyed walking and bike riding. Anne and Nigel were very responsive hosts, we enjoyed our stay and would love to return when we're back in Wanaka.
