Short and semi sweet

Place was tight but clean and cosy. Host was communicative and had everything we needed. There was a rooftop rave next door which wasn't the owners fault, annoying though. Neighborhood wasn't great.

Paris for the week

After a week long cruise around the British Isles, we came to a Paris to visit some friends. The property was perfect for our needs. It was definitely a struggle to get 2 large suitcases and 2 carryon bags up the stairs the night we arriver, but it was fantastic after that. The owner had everything labeled and a fantastic book with all the details, both in French and English, which was so helpful. It’s more off the beaten path than I originally thought, but it is very close to the metro. Overall, we would definitely recommend it and we would absolutely stay again.

Don’t stay here. Horrible location. Communication issues

We had one night booked here (5/25/2024) for our stay in Paris. Originally we thought we would check in at 2pm but our plans in the day changed. I contacted the host saying that our check in would be later and closer to 9pm or later. When we arrived it turned out to be a very run down location. It did not feel safe at all. The walk from the metro to the apartment was longer than expected…again we felt very unsafe along the walk to the apartment. We had instructions on how to retrieve the key but the code/lock box was not working. I contacted the host…the only option was to contact via vrbo messenger chat because there was no answer via the phone number provided. Finally heard back from the host around 30 minutes later with a different code to retrieve the key. This finally worked. Then we followed the instructions given to us by the host to get to the apartment door. The instructions were detailed until you got to a certain point where there were three door options. Not one of these doors were labeled. We tried all of them, none of the keys worked. Some had lights on inside and looked to be occupied as someone seemed to walk by while we were by the door. Again tried to message the host on what to do. No response. We ended up having to put the keys back, walk back to the metro (felt even more unsafe during this walk back), ride the metro back into the city to book a last minute, very expensive hotel on a Saturday night because no other option. Finally found a room at 2am.

Kleines Zuhause für einen Stadturlaub

Der Weg zur Metro ist kurz, in der Wohnung ist Alles, was man braucht. Es war ordentlich und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und schnell. Danke!

Paris - Perfekt für Paare - (nix "NullAchtFünfzehn")

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben TOP! Zwar etwas außerhalb. Aber wer gerne mit der Metro fährt, also wenig laufen will und sich in einem bunten Multikulti-Mix mit eigentlich immer geöffneten Lädchen wohlfühlt, ist hier genau richtig. Für Paare bestens geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist ebenfalls TOP, da man immer prompt eine Rückantwort auf eine Frage erhält. Gerne wieder! :-)))

Piccola ma pratica!

La casa è piccola, ma pulita ed accogliente. Le informazioni sull'accesso arrivano molto puntuali. Non mi è piaciuta la zona e il cortile di accesso alla struttura. La metro è molto vicina e ben collegata col centro città. Io ci tornerei, nonostante i dubbi iniziali é una casa silenziosa. Buon viaggio!

Die Bilder versprechen mehr...dafür ist es günstig!

Die kleine Wohnung ist die bescheidene, verwohnte Variante der Bilder im Inserat. Da man das kleine Fenster im Bad nicht öffnen kann, müffelt/schimmelt es unvermeidlich in den Ecken. Die Funktionsweise der Heizung blieb uns verborgen. In der letzten Nacht bekamen wir Nagerbesuch. Die Kühltasche und das darin befindliche Käsebaguette waren wohl zu verführerisch? Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, die Metro gut erreichbar. Wer sein Urlaubsbudget lieber in Unternehmungen, bzw. die Stadt Paris investiert als in ein saisonal überteuertes Hotel und die Unterkunft ausschließlich zum Schlafen in den durchaus bequemen Betten nutzt, wohnt hier, trotz einiger Abstriche, nicht verkehrt. Man fühlt sich etwas verjüngt studentisch und "BOHÈME.

A cool spot

The little areas the apartment was in were so cool. The apartment itself was very cute and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable, I didn’t want to get out! Host is very helpful and kind, a good experience staying here

Bon séjour. L'appartement est calme et en deuxième corps de bâtiment. Proche du métro (5min), la localisation est pratique. Se garer est très difficile, je recommande le parking du Decathlon Montreuil, jour et nuit sauf dimanche.... Je recommande ce logement.
