Conservation Facing Villa @Solterra

Welcome to our beautiful villa in Solterra Resort, just 11 miles from Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom. You'll have easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and a gas station nearby.

As you enter the villa, a modern living room welcomes you, with direct access to the pool deck. You can enjoy the sun or relax in the private spa with a lovely view of the conservation area. The dining area is at the front, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need.

The villa has five modern bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms for your comfort. The downstairs master bedroom has a comfy King bed, two nightstands, dresser, TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, separate shower, double vanity, and toilet. This bathroom also connects to the pool deck.

Upstairs, one bedroom has two twin beds, and another master bedroom offers a King bed, two nightstands, dresser, TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a tub, separate shower, double vanity, and toilet. The other two bedrooms have Queen beds, nightstands, dressers, and closets, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub shower, toilet, and single sink vanity. The second floor also has a second seating area with a large flat-screen TV, Playstation, and basketball game.

You  can relax on the oversized pool deck, enjoying the sun or the private spa with a picturesque view. After a day of adventure, unwind in the game room with a pool table, foosball, and air hockey.

Bed configuration: 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds. The washer and dryer are in the garage.

Please note the entire house is yours, except for the owner's closets. Our friendly management team is available for inquiries in person or by phone. Pool and spa heat are not included but can be arranged for a small daily fee.

Solterra Vacation Resort in Davenport, Florida, is a paradise just 11 miles from Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom. The resort is a 4-minute drive from I4 and approximately 29 miles from Orlando International Airport, offering easy access to Magic Kingdom, Seaworld, Universal Studios, and more. The resort has amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center, volleyball and tennis courts, a children's playground, and a picnic area.
