About this property

Affordable with sea views and close to the beach

Stunning sea views and only a few minutes walk to Snells Beach, walkways and playground from this cabin. It is located in a cul de sac. Approx 10 minutes drive to Matakana, Omaha, Martins Bay and the many vineyards in this area. There is no hot water tap at the sink or at the basin - however the shower is an instant hot water system. Includes all cutlery, crockery, radio, TV, microwave, electric frying pan, electric jug, toaster, fridge/freezer, outdoor table, 4 chairs and umbrella.

This accommodation is quite basic but it is clean and tidy and really suits those couples or families on a budget or who just enjoy the simple life! It is similar to staying in a cabin I guess, but you have your own facilities and it's cheaper. Any questions are welcome.

Minimum stay is 2 nights.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)

Awesome affordable place, awesome area
Great place! We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we contemplated was how nice it would be to have one of those small BBQs or a bigger, second-hand one available, as the location just screams for it. Maybe some local policies prevent it—who knows?

It was a nice cabin to stay in and we could do everything we want. A perfect place to do excursions and to go to several places. We have no complaints only about the weather because we had bad luck that it was raining most of the time.

We stayed with our two young boys for 5 nights and it was awesome! We put up a gazebo so we had a bit of extra space and it worked really well. Close to the beach so we swam every day and lots of other cool places to visit close by. Loved our stay classic kiwi bach

What a great place to stay. All the basics you need to take time out to relax or use as a base for adventures in the area. Enjoyed the sea views, listening to birdsong in the lovely quiet neighbourhood and eating at the local food establishments.

Great location
Basic but clean accommodation. Great location with views of the sea. Peaceful area and quiet night's sleep. Only downside was lack of WiFi but cafes in Snells Beach centre had it so no worries.

We had a lovely couple of nights at Snells Beach. We were able to park the boat on the lawn as it was nice and dry, had a couple of great fishing days out around Kawau. The bach was great, all we needed. Would book again 😃

Absolutely loved our time in this wee bit of paradise. Beds were comfortable and we had all we needed to enjoy each others company and the amazing views. Brought back memories of my early days going to the family Bach but had the added luxury of an indoor bathroom and electricity. Perfect 😍

Handy location and price, No stove, fan or lamp, We enjoyed our stay. Little book market across the road. Beach was in walking distance. No tree to shade area but there was a sun umbrella. Was a nice location and peaceful weekend away.
