We stayed two nights at das Jäger. Quiet neighbourhood, well appointed kitchen, awesome wood burner. Lots of hot water once we’d followed the instructions.
This place ticked all the boxes for us. Well kitted out and would handle two families of 4 easliy. Place is warm and has good firewood. Will stay again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was in the perfect location, extremely clean and tidy and homely with all the bells and whistles we needed. It suited a large family of 10 perfectly. We would 100% stay again.
Well laid out and equipped for a larger group, with space for everyone. Ample fire wood. A fun place to stay. If your family members have dust/mold allergies, bring along some antihistamine meds.
The house has lots of character as a simple and cosy mountain lodge. It's rightly recommended for a group of adults/friends for those days at the mountain. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances in good condition.
Beautiful Open Kitchen and Living area. Kitchen with all necessary utensils. Fireplace to keep house warm. This accomodation given us unforgettable memories.
We really enjoyed our stay at this Bach. Place has heaps of room and was really tidy. Check in was nice and easy. Very peaceful neighbourhood. Highly recommend this place and would definitely love to stay again 😊
Excellent communication and location to get to mt ruapehu. Plenty of space and bonus having 2 bathrooms. How wonderful not to have TV! Thank you for having us
The house is well maintained and has some great features like snowboard hanger or a drier right next to the fireplace. The common area is spacious and we had great time there. Will come back for sure :)
Lovely cozy and comfy bach that is a stone-throw away from Mt Ruapehu. Great for family and friends get togethers. It has everything you need and description is spot on. If you are bored of the snow, its lovely to take a walk around the neighbourhood and experience some of the history of the town. Really good cell reception also.
Great location, had everything you need for a stay.
Great spot for a family holiday. Had everything you needed. Great to have a sharp knife and all the equipment you need to make a good coffee. Loved playing from the selection of board games next to the fire.
