Complete with outdoor communal swimming pool, outdoor fire place and bbq area perfect for family friends bbq or social occasion.

Set on 3 levels, this apartment offers spectacular views of Bream Bay from Marsden Point to Langs Beach and out to the Hen and Chicks islands.

Your own pathway to the beautiful white sand Ruakaka surf beach is approx 200 metres.

Spacious 3-4 bedrooms offing 3 doubles 2 single 1 set of bunks double and fold out queen bed, sleeps a total of 10,

2 bathrooms combined with open plan living ensures spacious living.
Only 90 minutes north of Auckland, 25 minutes south of Whangarei

Ruakaka has many activities to offer:
Fishing, swimming, golf, diving, boogie boarding, shellfish gathering, surfing, boating etc

Cafes, shops, supermarket, Marina Boat Ramp are all within
5-10 mins drive.

Fabulous location
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated the proximity to the beach, the ease of communication with the property manager, the pool and size of the property. Cleanliness was borderline and it is clear the property has had some water damage. However, we would stay here again and had a great time.

Great location with a pool
Really enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pool. Owner was helpful and even provided some fishing roads & invited us to participate in Kontiki fishing. Property was a bit more tired than what we expected but that's almost an advantage with teenagers

Amazing resort - the pool was a hit and the views to die for. Close to a stunning beach and a lovely little Hamlet ruakaka with some great little shops - all you need for an ideal holiday - would be fab to rent out whole complex for an event!

Great property, great location. Had all we needed, linen, kitchen stuff, wifi and sky, very important for our 20-something kids and during cricket season. Great layout of beds/rooms and plenty of room for our family. Would definitely book again!!

Also pool needed clean and other twnant advised poolman overdue..He turned up 2 days before we left. Location cannot be faulted and view amazing. Having said all of that..due to location we have rebooked as you can't beat the views and closeness to cafe and beach.

Really great place, very clean and well kept with everything you require supplied.
Really great place, very clean and well kept with everything you require supplied. One street back from the most gorgeous beach which is an easy flat walk and the townhouse offers nice views from the upstairs bedroom. There is a huge pool on site but sadly it was being cleaned and repainted when we were there so we didn't get to use it but look forward to it on our next stay. Highly recommended for a quiet, stress free getaway with Whangarei only a 20 min drive away.
