The best in it's class in Blenheim this private and secure home borders onto the lovely river reserve. Kids can play in the old walnut tree or run in the reserve while you entertain in the garden or take a stroll out the back gate and enjoy the area.

This home has a lounge with large TV(sky) and DVD and a second lounge next to the sleepout.

The dining room and family area open to the well equipped kitchen which boasts the ability to easily cater for large or small groups. There are enough areas in this house that there is ample living space even for the largest groups.

Ideal Group Accommodation

Great location to the cycle park, plenty of room, great beds, well equipped kitchen and laundry- a great 60’s70’s feel to the house- also great parking onsite!!!

Very expencive as only 4 women staying .location and home is very suitable for large family groups .booka batch web site very unresponsive. To questions just keen to get your deposit and paid in full payments. No other info until 3 days before the date .great when we got the owners cell phone

Spacious - Great for a group

We were a group of 6 adults requiring separate bedrooms, the house accommodated us well with 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & loads of living space. A lovely & tidy sunny section close to a river for walks & very close to town.

Large house for gathering but needs some cleaning

the house was nice and large and a good arrangement of living and sleeping areas. however the kitchen requires some deep cleaning as ants were popping out of the hobs as we tried to cook. otherwise a great place!

Great place for several families

Sean was a great host - organised a BBQ for us to use over Christmas for our family gathering. The house has a great layout for lots of people. The kitchen is well resourced - several fridge/freezers. We found a great swimming hole less than 5min walk which the kids loved!

Work trip to Marlborough

We used this property for two nights for our team. Great big spacious home that suited very well. Some of the beds could be upgraded, but other than that it was good accommodation for the team thanks.

Saint Clair Half Marathon Weekend

The house is perfect for a big group of people, lots of single beds and bunk beds. Couple of fridges, microwaves, lots of plates and cutlery. Great location and communication with the Owner excellent.

Perfect for a family retreat.

Loved this place! I was a bit shocked since it was dusty and we saw a few bugs and cobwebs but otherwise i'm pretty happy with the place. It's nice and warm, has everything You need for a Holiday and was right by the city center. No joke, 20 minute walk to countdown and the nearest Indian takeaways. Fantastic! One concern though, the main bathroom has a frosted glass window which could use a curtain. it's not cool seeing the silhouette of someone on the loo.
