Featuring five spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home can accommodate various bedding configurations to suit your needs. During the chilly winter months, gather around the cozy log fire and enjoy the company of loved ones while watching TV or a movie on the DVD player. Also offering a child-friendly environment with a safety gate for the stairs, a porta cot, and a highchair available. There is a wood burner fire and balcony with climbing hazards which may not be suitable for toddlers.
We welcome an outside dog, as the backyard is fenced. With ample off-street parking for boats and cars, getting to and from the nearby lake and boat ramp is a breeze. Need to grab some essentials? There's a dairy, takeaway, and licensed restaurant just down the street.

This is a classic Kiwi Bach as we know and love, it is a simple and affordable shared home with no frills, made for families to enjoy and make lasting memories of Great Lake Taupō. For this reason, there may be a level of personal belongings.
NOTE: Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels) or use our hire service. If you wish to add the linen hire of $15 per person, please let us know in the comments section.
We want to ensure our guests respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum. This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults. An additional guest surcharge applies for more than 8 people.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
