Relax and enjoy this fabulous sunny bach with spacious new kitchen and separate lounge leading through French doors to deck area. South wing consists of 2 bedrooms - great place for the kids to chill out whilst adults enjoy the north facing living areas.Third bedroom is the largest and adjoins the newly renovated bathroom.
Awesome covered patio area to cook the bbq and dine under even if "sun showers" turn up unexpected.
Great indoor-outdoor flow to fully fenced, flat road front section. Plenty of space for parking cars, boat etc. or a game of backyard cricket. Very quiet, family friendly street.
Central to Whangamata surf club beach (8 min walk) and estuary (6 min walk). Nearby swimming pool, tennis courts, shop and golf course. 15 min walk to town for cafes, bars and retail shopping.
Come and enjoy a relaxing time in a great home away from home.

Lovely holiday home

Perfect spot for our family holiday. Kid friendly as it is quiet and there is a gate to keep in the toddlers. Also has a portacot and highchair. Two toilets is awesome to have with a handful of people staying. Kitchen has all the necessities. Owners were very accomodating to our needs. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks for your lovely home.

Second stay

Once again a lovely place to stay. It has everything you need (a home away from home) as well as space to move around. It would be handy to have a bike or a kayak to borrow while there for a short stay. Nevertheless we look forward to another visit in the future. Thanks Jacki.

Great choice for our weekend

Clean and tidy and great location for access to the Surf Club for our surf lifesaving competition. Great stocked kitchen with plenty of appliances and crockery etc. Required to bring own linen, towels etc. though would have been handy to have a supply of dish clothes and tea towels perhaps. Short and sweet visit and would definitely stay again. Many thanks.

Inaccurate listing info

Listing said two bathrooms, and there was only one plus a separate toilet. We specifically chose becasue there was meant to be two bathrooms. Toilet seat lose in main bathroom. Shower very dirty and needs attention. Otherwise it was adequate.
