Two story, fully furnished house. Large deck upstairs with views. 5 minute walk to Waikawa Marina. 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and one cute and comfortable caravan. Child friendly. Carport. Large flat lawn to park the boat on.
Special conditions:
No smoking inside. No pets. Minimum two nights stay. One half of double garage is available for guest use - table tennis table set up.

Great Family Accommodation

Three families including their partners were able to spread out and enjoy our time together. The property had everything that was advertised, was handy to the marina and the cafe, and was easy to tidy up on our departure. We are hoping to make this an annual occasion and will rebook this property.

Family Vacation

It maybe a little older but a great place to stay got everything you need for a great holiday. Table tennis table. Board games. Tradeaboat magazines. Large outside deck. Heaps of parking. We will return.

Great location - Great Value

This is great Value, we had 6 of use staying or various ages. This is an old school family bach which time has forgotten. Has all the basic things required for a comfortable stay. There was heaps of parking for the boat and the kids loved the table tennis. If you are looking for simple, great location and to be trasported to a simpler time then this will be for you.

Great for groups

Our family group with ages ranging from newborn to 63 really enjoyed our time at the bach. LOVED the huge deck and also the outside lawn for kids to run around. Good sleeping areas. Large off street parking for all our vehicles. Excellent communication with owner. We had a great weekend, everything was good, just as you would expect in a good old kiwi bach, except it hadn't been cleaned properly. Would have loved to give a 5 star rating as the owner was so accommodating and happy to answer our many questions, but due to the cleanliness of the bach feel we can only justify 4 stars (possibly only 3+)

Great location.

Family and friends stayed and it was lovely to have them close in Waikawa. My cousin enjoyed having his own space in the caravan. Retro couches and layout just right for 4 peeple. Elderly uncle found lounge chairs a little low. They all enjoyed their stay.

Careful on bachs.

As this is my first time staying in a NZ linenless bach, I will rate it as a bad experience. We are a family of two seventy-five year old elderly couple with two fortyish children and three young grand children, we were not comfortable with a NZ "bach" where bedsheet and towels were missing. Although it was stated that the bach would be linen less, as an elderly guy, I forgot about this clause until we arrived and saw a shocking house with the beds like a cyclone had just passed. May I suggest that NZ bachs should not be put out for rent especially to Asians who are not used to this type of arrangement.

Great location, old school kiwi bach

All the basics you'll need. Note there isn't internal stairs - layout is 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, with another bedroom and bathroom downstairs.
