Recently renovated (2020)this fully fenced section provides privacy and spacious living with modern amenities, with free wifi and sky. There is a integral garage and off street parking for another car
The garage has a washing machine and dryer and outside is a clothesline.
Five minutes walk takes you to the popular bars, cafes and restaurants of the inner harbour of Ahuriri along with the new 4 square supermarket.
The fishing club is also five minutes walking which offers restaurant and bar facilities.
Ten minute walk will take you to a safe swimming beach at East Pier.
, and also to the cycleways.
By car you can travel over the Napier hill to the Art Deco city.

Please note that the second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed.

Amazing!!

I really can't recommend this place enough. Dave has created a beautiful comfortable space and unlike a lot of places I've stayed in he has invested money back into the property making it a lovely, homely place to stay. Very comfortable beds, quality bedding, comfortable sofas and high functioning kitchen. Highly recommend.

Great family home away from home!

Our family of 6 stayed for 7 nights. The house was clean and tidy and we were all very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. Location was perfect with easy walking to plenty of restaurants, bars & cafes. We would definitely stay again on a return trip to Napier.

Comfy stay

Well set up property with all required for our two night stay. Liked that we are walking distance to pubs and restaurants by the harbour with a great coffee shop hidden just down the street.

Great place to stay

This was an awesome place to stay while on holiday. Home was bigger than expected which was great. Great communication with the owner of the property. Will stay here again when on holiday in the future.

Convenient and tidy

All was good. A minor improvement would be two keys as the doors need keys to be locked as well as unlocked. Walls are rather bare too, but overall it was excellent and very reasonably priced.

Spacious comfortable house with everything you need

I can certainly recommend this property. We had a very comfortable stay in Napier, which is a lovely city with lots to see and do. The house is a spacious 2 bedroom dwelling with a well equipped kitchen. We used the heating on the second night and it worked very well. The bed was very comfortable - we didn't use the second bed. The property is near the port and to reach the CBD you have to drive over the hill, but it's only a short drive. There's a large Countdown supermarket just over the hill and the lovely Botanic gardens are within walking distance. It was sunny one morning so we sat outside to have breakfast which was very pleasant. It was great to have the use of the garage and we did a load of washing which easily dried during the day.

Clean and Spacious

This property has a nice homely feel. It is spacious, very clean, and has comfortable beds with quality linen. We have stayed here twice now and have since made a third reservation. Communication with the host is excellent.

Another very enjoyable stay

We just stayed at this property for the 9th time, and have already booked for next year. So that indicates how much we enjoy staying there. Very comfortable townhouse. Within walking distance of the Ahuriri shops, cafes, restaurants. Not far from Napier shopping centre (by car, bus, or can even walk). We can definitely recommend this property.

Home Away From Home

My sister and I stayed in this house for a few days whilst on a golf trip. It was lovely to walk into this spacious accommodation. It was very clean, light and airy, and appeared to have been recently redecorated. It had everything we needed. We would definitely like to stay here again. Also, we greatly appreciated being able to rebook at the last minute due to sickness. Communication with Dave was excellent, very prompt. Thank you, Dave.

The Sweet life in Ahuriri

Blown away by the presentation and location of this rental, such a beautiful house, so clean, both bedrooms with ample closet space, open bifolds onto a sunny but sheltered patio. A short walk to the great cafes, restaurants and boutique shops and of course the lovely beach

Visit to Napier

Perfect location for us on our regular trip to Napier to see family. The house is always in excellent condition with all the amenities we require. We love the little patio garden. When we come next we’ll try to book again.
