About this property
Tangski Manor a Luxe 4Bed Darlinghurst Terrace
Summary:
Welcome to ‘Tangski’ Terrace, an elegant and luxurious 4-bedroom home in Darlinghurst. Spanning three levels and bathed in natural light, our abode is the perfect base for families or small groups to explore one of Sydney's finest inner-city suburbs.
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a generous, heated, polished concrete open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. This space features a mural by a local artist (@Reubszz) showcasing native birds and flora, visible from the courtyard
The Space:
Each of the four bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is outfitted with Miele appliances, and a breakfast bar with bar stools. A full laundry is available for your convenience.
Located on one of Darlinghurst's most sought-after tree-lined streets, our home is within easy walking distance of local highlights: such as Victoria St, Darlinghurst Rd, Potts Point, Paddington Five-Ways, and St. Vincent's Hospital. The area is a foodie's paradise, with world-famous Bills, locally renowned Gelato Messina, local bars, cafes, restaurants, and boutiques all nearby.
The ground floor offers effortless, light-filled indoor and outdoor living, with skylights in the kitchen and an outdoor courtyard featuring a built-in BBQ. The living area is designed for comfort, with underfloor heating, two leather lounges, a Samsung Frame TV, a dining table with seating for eight, and a fully equipped open kitchen. An extra powder room/toilet is also available. Bi-fold doors open to the courtyard, which has an outdoor table and seating for eight.
The carpeted second floor has three spacious bedrooms: two with queen-sized beds and the master with a king-sized bed. The main bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms. The top-floor fourth bedroom has two Koala single sofa beds and an ensuite bathroom.
We have taken great care to provide local touches of Australia, such as the courtyard mural showcasing the Three Sisters (Blue Mountains), local birds, and native flora. High-end comforts throughout our home include quality glassware, mattresses, bedding, and native coasters, all chosen to enhance your stay
