Step into our freshly renovated and well-equipped kitchen, complete with a kettle, toaster, and Nespresso Coffee machine for your convenience.

Bedroom:
Unwind in the cozy bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen Size bed, blockout curtains, ceiling fan, and a large wardrobe for all your storage needs.

Bathroom:
Relax and rejuvenate in the bathroom, with a bathtub/shower and a large vanity, along with a handy hairdryer.

For your convenience, Cozy Waterfront provides its own built-in laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the Esplanade, a short walk from the lagoon and the CBD.
The Esplanade is perfect for walking or cycling by the waterfront and hosts a 5km park run every Saturday morning.
The lagoon provides a delightful area of sand and water for all ages to enjoy.
There are great play areas for children and a good selection of bars and restaurants.

Getting Around:
We suggest renting a car to enhance your Cairns experience.

Please note that this apartment is not serviced daily, but we do offer the option to book a mid-stay clean for an additional fee. Additionally, parking is available next to the staircase, although there is no lift to the first-floor apartment.
