Fun at Gulf Place
Wonderful stay here. It was clean, and master bed was amazing. This is really important to us as we have definitely stayed in places with a terrible bed. I slept like a baby. The condo has everything you need for a week stay. Just so you know, if you want to use the oven, it takes a long time to heat up but other than that everything was wonderful. We have stayed at Gulfplace before and this was our favorite unit.

Our stay at Greg's condo had literally everything we needed. All major appliances, as well as extras. Greg was also easy to communicate with and quick with responses. Highly recommend a stay at his place.

Perfect location
We stayed at Greg’s condo in April as a family of 4. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and in the perfect location. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, pools, shopping, ice cream… all within 2-3 minutes. The condo also had books, board games, and blocks that our 5 year old loved playing with the day it rained. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. We go to 30A every year and would definitely pick this condo to stay at in the future.

I never leave reviews, but always read them. This place warrants a review!!
I’ll start off by saying I’ve stayed so many places over the years because the beach is our second home and we hope to one day own our own place. My expectations are very high and this place checked all my boxes and more. We always stay ON the beach and I was hesitant about staying here because it wasn’t directly on the beach. But I can honestly say that the walk was way more convenient and a lot less strenuous than being on the actual beach. The condo far exceeded my level of cleanliness, which is extremely high. I actually walked around with no shoes/socks and even unpacked my bag into the dresser. The place felt incredibly safe, as I was traveling alone with my 3 kids for the first time. The washer/dryer access is steps away from the condo. There are several shops and restaurants in walking distance. You do not have to drive once you arrive if you don’t want to. Communication with the owner was smooth and personable. My absolute favorite part was how much effort was put into the little things. The mermaid and shark dish set was adorable and my kids loved it! I loved the stainless steel insulated wine/champagne travel glasses. Everything was so clean and perfect that I never even used my plastic cutlery set and paper plates that I always bring (lol) because I didn’t need to. I could go on forever but I’ll stop here. These owners really have it figured out. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

Great Cabana Update!
My wife and I have stayed at this same property before but this time it was under new owners. The new decor and updated TV and linens were great. Very inviting and really allowed us to feel relaxed on our stay. Beaches were great! The Hot tub for whatever reason was not working at our building so we had to go to the other to relax in that but otherwise pool was great. Also, these units used to come with beach chair rental provided but that has since gone away. This really is a great location for couples to get away with or without kids. Just a walk away from Our favorite place to eat on 30A and the beach. We will be back!

Perfect long weekend!
This condo is very newly renovated and everything was so clean, comfortable and modern. It is beautifully decorated and so many little extra amenities included and stocked well. I normally travel with some "home comforts" when we stay in condos but I didn't need to use a thing- it was all there!! Location couldn't have been better with a private beach access gate directly across street and steps away from a variety of eats. View is nice from a corner unit, overlooking a pond and slight view of ocean, but being on the front street, the ocean is very close. Having older kids, the space was a little tight, but having the bunk bed cubbie at least allowed us to all stay in one unit, which was fine for a long weekend. Linens were super comfortable- my son wanted to know where he could get the comforter on the bunk bed!! ;-) Overall it was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend for a stay on 30A!

Beach access is only steps from the condo. The condo itself is very clean and charming. And it has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The host was easy to contact and very eager to help. We’ll definitely love to stay here again!

This is a very comfortable rental in an awesome location in Gulf Place. The condo had everything we needed and inquiries to the property host were responded to super quickly. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We loved 211 and would love to go back next year!
It is such a nice place and the location was perfect! You can walk to shops and restaurants, and the walk to the beach was no problem at all. We especially loved that our chairs were there waiting on us daily. Thank you John and Rita for making it super nice and affordable!

Condo is nice, patio is great, it is an end unit so you don't have loud people walking by the bedroom window at all hours. Right by the pool, and the walkway to the beach. Easy check in. Would definitely stay here again!
