Neat mud brick house set amongst karri trees, overlooking lake and river which flows to the mouth of Mutton bird beach. Pet friendly, although unfenced. Situated 15km west of Albany in the district of Elleker - 45 minutes to Denmark and 4km to the nearest beach- Mutton bird. Enjoy 4WDriving on the beach, fishing and surfing. Many other beaches to explore along with wineries and restaurants. 2 canoes available for paddling on the river.
