Summary:
Listen to the rolling waves of the ocean at The Summer Lodge from the front verandah of this lovely home on The Ssplanade at Victor Harbor. This gracious residence is a step across the road to the sandy beach and only a short walk to Kent Reserve or in the opposite direction to the main street of Victor Harbor. Park the car and discover all there is to offer around Warland Reserve and take the Horse Drawn Tram across the causeway to beautiful Granite Island.
The Space:
The wide front entrance leads to a glorious living and dining room complete with window seats, lounges, TV and formal dining setting for a group dinner. Stay warm in winter with the gas heating. A door leads out to the covered front verandah that includes the BBQ and extra-large dining table to sit back and enjoy the view of the Encounter Bike track and beyond, across the road.
The eat in kitchen is very spacious and includes a table and chairs where six people can enjoy breakfast, if you’re not out on the front verandah that is. There is a fridge/freezer, electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, along with utensils and cookware.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, built in robe, wall heating and ceiling fan.
Bedroom two includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, tv and wardrobe.
Bedroom three has a double bed, ceiling fan and built in robe.
Bedroom four adjoins bedroom one and includes a single bunk bed and two single beds a ceiling fan, built in robe and TV.
Bathroom one is modern with a separate shower and a toilet and vanity.
Bathroom two has a bath, separate shower and vanity.
There is also a second separate toilet.
The laundry has a washing machine and a second fridge.
The rear yard is fenced and lawned for the children to run around when they are not swimming at the beach.
Ample parking in the driveway or the street.
