Fully self-contained one bedroom space with a sofa bed in the lounge area for an extra guest or children. The unit is self catering although weekly cleans can be arranged for an extra fee.
The bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed with mattress topper and supportive mattress, bed side tables, reading lamps and a block out blind. A portable cot and/or high chair is available on requested.
Fully equipped kitchen complete with Nespresso machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas cook top and dishwasher. The Eurostyle laundry contains a front loader washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.
There is also a bbq and outdoor setting to enjoy the private terrace.
Newport is a friendly and quiet suburb close to the seaside spot of Williamstown and a short train ride to Seddon and Yarraville. The apartment is situated on Hall St above a wine bar and the street features a mixture of early Melbourne architecture and stunning renovated period homes. There are local parks and great walks along the coast nearby along with some awesome local restaurants, bars and cafes.
The property is perfectly positioned minutes from trains and buses with Newport station across the road. This station is the junction for trains to Werribee, Williamstown, Yarraville and stations beyond with Melbourne City a short 20 min train ride. Access to the Westgate Freeway is 5 minutes down the road with alternate routes into the city also available.

CHILDREN If your booking includes children please let us know prior to booking so we can let you know if we can accomodate them. There is a cot and linen available for younger children.
BEDDING The maximum number of people/beds is 4 and the bedding configuration is 1 queen sized bed, 1 king single sofa bed. An extra mattress can be arranged on request for a fourth person.
NOISE You have completely your own self contained space however you need to be aware the apartment is situated above a wine bar which trades Wednesday to Sunday. There is minimal noise from the bar below and you do have your own dedicated entry.
Pets allowed but please confirm prior to booking.
SMOKING This is a NO SMOKING property.
CLEANING If the property is left in a poor state of cleanliness then a cleaning fee will be charged.
