You'll be just a short stroll away from local shops, restaurants, the Rendezvous Events Center, and nearby hiking trails. During the winter, a convenient city shuttle stops right outside the complex, taking you directly to the slopes or the nearby town of Fraser.
This 2BR/2BA condo offers an array of shared amenities, including a clubhouse, a year-round heated pool, and a hot tub. The inviting living area is equipped with a cozy sectional, an armchair, and a 65” flat-screen TV, all complemented by the warmth of a gas fireplace.
Prepare delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, featuring an island, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove. Enjoy your creations at the dining table for six or at the kitchen island, which offers seating for three.
Accommodating up to eight guests, the condo includes two bedrooms and a hallway sleeping nook. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a 60” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a 35” flat-screen TV, while the sleeping nook off the living area has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
