Why they chose this property
This is a very quiet family area. The leafy suburb being based roughly half way between Brisbane city and the Gold Coast gives so many options. There is a wonderful lake to walk around, you can stop part way for a coffee and toasted sandwich at Simple Bliss Cafe if you like. There is a wonderful community spirit.
What makes this property unique
This is a large 5 bedroom home. There are 2 master bedrooms with ensuites. Sleep 10 in total. There is an option with prior approval to have a double sofa bed as well.
