Summary:
Welcome to The Rowlands, a superbly maintained, and centrally located building in the heart of Adelaide CBD.
Our apartments are fully equipped for longer stays, with your own kitchen, living, dining and laundry areas.

Located just across from the Adelaide Central Markets, you will find a thriving hub of food and culture right at your doorstep.

Only a short 5 minute walk away, the Adelaide Metro tram stop awaits you with free travel to Rundle Mall for shopping, and the Adelaide Casino.

The Space:
We use 5-star hotel quality bedding and linen (100% cotton sheets) in all of our rooms.

There is a gym for guests to use, located on ground floor with access via key card.

Our apartment is located on level 11 with a spacious balcony for fresh air.

Located directly across from the Adelaide Central Markets, our thriving hub of food and culture, and Chinatown.

Getting Around:
All of your favourite locations in Adelaide CBD including Rundle Mall shopping, Adelaide Casino, SA Museum and Art Gallery, Adelaide Zoo and Adelaide Botanic Gardens are within reach, with the free tram service just a short 5 minute walk away.

Other Things to Note:
Our onsite Concierge desk is available for key collection 7 days a week, during the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 8AM to 6PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9AM to 5PM
Public Holidays: 9AM to 5PM

Please note if you are arriving later than our Concierge opening hours, you will be required to collect your keys from our lock box onsite.

***LUGGAGE STORAGE***
Our Concierge staff are happy to store your luggage for the day after you check out. Please note your luggage must be collected prior to our Concierge closing time.

***PARKING***
There is an open parking lot directly across from our building with Pay-and-Display options available, operated by third parties. The daily maximum for parking is capped at $26.

Nice new and clean property
New and clean property, david was super responsive. We had little issue with lifts and he arranged a technician within 15 mins. Property is opposite fedral hall market which is great spot to get everything

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
“Luxury” in the title of property should have been the flag. Arriving at the property at night it is confronting with adjacent deserted properties and poor lighting. Accessing the key safe in a less than “unsafe” environment. The level where the apartment was, it was pitch black in the corridor. The apartment itself was neat and tidy. The furniture is far from luxury, clearly not cleaned regularly with couch covered in stains. No furniture on the balcony, making the space useless - different to what was advertised. Don’t look too closely as cleaning is not at standard. Mould in shower. Suggest to close your eyes in the lifts, absolutely filthy. The foyer had a high pitched alarm sound ringing the entire time even after we asked about it. Tried to contact manager on several occasions and never had response. Do not recommend.
