Welcome to The Rowlands, a superbly maintained, and centrally located building in the heart of Adelaide CBD.
Our apartments are fully equipped for longer stays, with your own kitchen, living, dining and laundry areas.
Located just across from the Adelaide Central Markets, you will find a thriving hub of food and culture right at your doorstep.
Only a short 5 minute walk away, the Adelaide Metro tram stop awaits you with free travel to Rundle Mall for shopping, and the Adelaide Casino.
We use 5-star hotel quality bedding and linen (100% cotton sheets) in all of our rooms.
Each apartment comes with 2 complimentary bathrobes as standard.
There is a gym for guests to use, located on ground floor with access via key card.
Our apartment is located on level 9 with a spacious balcony for fresh air.

Please note housekeeping services (linen and towel change, general housekeeping) are included for bookings longer than 7 nights (one service per 7 nights booked).
For example, if you book for 7 nights, you can request a service mid-stay. If you book for 14 nights, you are allowed 2 services during your stay.

There is an open parking lot directly across from our building with Pay-and-Display options available. The daily maximum for parking is capped at $26.
Kindly respect your neighbours and there is strictly no smoking inside of our apartment.
