5 minutes walk down the road, you will find Fresh Choice supermarket, a florist, day spa, a pharmacy, a physiotherapist and a gift shop. The suburb is also a stone's throw from Dunedin's only private hospital, Mercy Hospital in Maori Hill.

Drive down Stuart St and you'll be in the Octagon (city centre) in about 5 minutes.

Moana pool and gym is about halfway between Roslyn and the city centre, and has both fitness and recreation facilities.

You'll have access to the entire space. A locked door at the bottom of the stairs provides privacy to the unit below.

Walk from the garage, down a few steps towards the entry of this home.

You'll enter into a character-filled hallway with two bedrooms immediately to your left. Further down the hall, you will find a spacious kitchen, separate to a huge living area, along with the bathroom and additional bedroom.

1 car park is available in a garage at the top of the property, and there is typically additional parking available on the street, across the road.
