Only 20 minutes from the beach and all that the Gold Coast has to offer, this home is a Hinterland oasis that promises a deeply rejuvenating stay.

Immerse yourself in 12 acres of pristine bushland in the heart of Currumbin Valley.

Sanctuary comfortably accommodates up to 11 people with an option to upgrade to 13 by booking the studio where the owners currently reside.

Family-friendly with lots of room for kids.

Dog-friendly by request.

All spaces around the house are accessible.

The owners reside in the studio next door which is their private areas not to be accessed unless rented as an additional which is possible to larger groups above 11 people.
They have a 9 yr old staffy who is very gentle and friendly and may come and say hello to you when you arrive or if you’re outside in the yard or on the decks.

The owners keep quiet and to them selves and will give you full privacy.

Owners reside in the studio next to the house u less they are travelling. You can contact them via message for any needs and they can be available if possible.

Currumbin Valley is a peaceful and safe hinterland location.

The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac street and backs onto 12 acres of pristine rainforest & bushland.

We have a few lovely neighbours in the street you may see walking their dogs but otherwise the home is completely private.

About a 5 mins or less drive up Currumbin Valley road you will find the most amazing fresh water swimming hole.

A further 10 mins the Currumbin Cascades.

The home owners reside in a little studio next to the house which when they are travelling themselves is also available to rent.

It’s a very quiet neighbour and we have not ti keep it that way!

There is ample parking up the driveway for at least 6 cars

More parking available as we are the end of the road on a cul - d - sac

The area is so quiet and serene and it’s our intention to keep it this way.

We are open to have joyful daytime events but noise after 9pm won’t be possible and we do not accept parties of any kind that will disrupt the serenity of our neighbourhood.

Please book elsewhere if you plan on late night loud events or seek the owners advice if you have a small daytime celebration you’d like approved to enjoy at our home.
