Paradise at One Mile is a family friendly holiday house only minutes from the popular One Mile Surf Beach in beautiful Port Stephens. We are close to plenty of wonderful attractions, activities including, Quad Biking, Koala Sanctuary, Camel Rides, Sting Ray Centre and 4WD on Birubi Beach (permit required). One Mile Beach is a stunning beach which is perfect for families and surfing enthusiasts. The property is situated on one acre and offers an 11mtre concrete pool, large alfresco entertaining area which overlooks the rolling lawn where you can sit back, relax and watch the kids frolicking in the pool or playing on the Vuly monkey bar apparatus, trampoline and large cubby house situated on the property. Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset and keep an eye out for the cows, sheep or horses from the neighbouring farmland behind the property. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large butlers pantry with a handy second fridge and freezer. Each bedroom has a smart TV or enjoy a family movie night in the comfortable media room which features 5 reclining lounges. The kids play room is equipped with toys, games, lego, TV and books for any wet weather days.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms, the master has a king sized bed, WIR, ensuite with shower, toilet and a double vanity. The second, third and forth bedroom each have a double. The kids play room has a pull out double sofa bed and the study can accommodate a single bed or cot if you have an infant. All rooms have ducted air conditioning. Free Wifi is available so you can log onto your own Netflix account. The family bathroom features a bath, shower and double vanity with a separate toilet. There is a shower and toilet off the laundry aswell as an outdoor hot/cold shower, great for when returning from a day at the beach. The property has a three car lock-up garage, and situated in a cul de sac allowing for plenty of off street parking for cars and boats. This property has a second dwelling which shares a driveway with the main residence but is fully fenced off from the main residence for your privacy. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website. ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 adults. There is a sofa bed that can be see up to accommodate two children 9 & 10 and the study single bed 11 , total maximum guest 11. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered/approved to be there. Pets may be permitted on the property, subject to written permission and pets are not allowed indoors. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond or eviction from the property. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00amLINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas, blankets and pillows. Extra costs you can select when booking. Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking. BOND - a refundable bond of $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date. CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100 to $140). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.
