Book 2-bedroom house for up to 4 people, optional 3rd bedroom garden suite making total 6 guests. Sparkling private pool within sunny, fully enclosed deck area flowing from shady front verandah, large flat lawn for games, 200m from the beach, so handy to everything on the main road: Mini Golf around the corner, town and markets, airport, great beaches, bustop at door for round-the-island bus service, bike and car hire 100 metres, several excellent restaurants within 5 mins walk, close to white sand beaches on the sunset coast for the best weather on the island!

Inside the house it is open plan, light and airy, fully insect-screened; with spacious modern kitchen, dining and living room, TV with DVD player, two large bedrooms with with choice of super-king or 2 singles in each. Extra double room makes an optional 3rd bdrm with ensuite (extra charge applies).

Large lawn with gardens, fruit trees, spacious tiled verandahs front and back for outdoor living, gas BBQ, outdoor furniture and loungers. Enjoy breakfast on the tiled verandah with beautiful mountain views ... wander 50 metres along the beach for Sunset cocktails at Manuia Beach resort .. eat out or in, meal-making's a pleasure in the bright convenient kitchen, the choice is yours. Be as lazy as you like in paradise!

Amazing property was perfect, everything close by, the pool the bottle store lol. The perfect sgay for chilling, snorkling Cook Islands was not far up the road 10min drive would highly rwcommend fantastic experience and was the cheapest. Would definately stay again and high recimmend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very roomy and comfortable. We cooked at home several times and the home is well stocked. The location is excellent with beach access nearby, close to restaurants, and a market across the street. We also enjoyed the well maintained pool.

Perfect size with a pool for 6. Has everything you need. Is very close to a diary, 2 resorts for food & drinks & a fire night show & mini golf, all within 5min walk in each direction.

Close to lots of handy things and places and a great sized house. We had a great time here. Just a note that there is no air con but plenty of fans in the rooms

Pacific Time Paradise

Wonderful location. Super friendly property owner and manager. The pool was a welcome addition with our grandchildren staying with us and to cool off without having to go to a beach. The rooms were spacious and two bathrooms were great to have with 7 of us staying. Everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. The beds were very comfortable and even the ant plague that was everywhere on the Island could not make our stay any less wonderful. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Family holiday

The home was easy to find and get into. The set up was good for the 6 of us and we liked how there was a roon more seperate from the house . The pool was clean The amenities were plentiful We didnt like how mnay ants there were all over the place insdie and out , there is definitely an issue that needs sorting as other homes we have stayed in havent had them Loved how there was plenty of seating in all areas of the home inside and out for us to relax in . Plenty of ceiling fans too which were very needed !!! Also liked how there were cleaning products in the kitchen and bathrooms so we could use if necessary When we arrived it smelt of bad body odour in one bedroom and stale cigarettes in the house Nothing that couldn't be easily sorted but maybe a fabric spray on the curtains etc would help this to be more welcoming after each guest checks out Would return for sure as we could barely hear the roosters and dogs too which was a bonus not to have to wear ear plugs like previous hones we have stayed in !!!! Thankyou

Great property for a family

Has everything u could possibly need for a family , large section and great for kids . Good beaches were a drive a way . Pool was amazing , great information located in a helpful clear file and tonnes of brochures to look through . Host was also amazing and a great manager only a phone call away . Thanks so much

Pacific perfection

Whats not to love about a beautiful cottage by the sea on a remote atoll in the Pacific Ocean! We wanted for nothing staying here, from the courtesy airport transfers to the delightfully appointed home that greeted us. We loved every minute of our stay here and wouldn't suggest anything change until we get back again. Already saving!!

The house location is on a busy street but yet convenient with stores close-by. Our first impression is that the house is very homely. We enjoyed the 1st season of Modern Family with the DVD player in the house. There is a beach access through the road next to the house. The beach is not as great as the other part of the island but worth checking out. We enjoyed the pool and it is a nice touch with the house. The papayas and passion fruits were great and we are luck to tried them.

Beds - EXCELLENT, big and comfy. Fruit trees in the garden a wonderful touch. Close to beach and town. Fantastic house with everything you need.

Fantastic house with everything you need. One of the reasons we chose to stay here was the pool and it was fantastic! We couldn't get our kids out of it. And an added bonus is that it is saltwater not chlorine. Gorgeous view of the mountain from the front patio. We felt very much at home.

Great location for our purposes - came over for Squash tournament and was only a five minute drive to the Courts. Is otherwise a great location for access to restaurants, resorts (for treatments etc), great shop down the road for smaller items, stalls. Bus stop nearby. Can walk directly to the beach beside property although found it a bit of an intrusion on the other property owners. Fans were great for temperature and keeping noise down. Pool wonderful. Puna an absolute star.

1 min walk to white sandy Beach, perfect for Sunsets, Shop across the road, Perfect size pool,they have a car you can hire, The house has everything you need, huge shower with great water pressure, heaps of towels and spare bedding. Beds are comfortable and big, ceiling fans in bedrooms, three fans in lounge. Safe in Kitchen, bedroom doors lock. screens on every window.We had four adults and we all had heaps of room to spread out and relax, I will stay here again. didn't want to leave.

We are a Kiwi couple with grandchildren aged from 3 to 16 and we have been coming to the Cook Islands on holiday for 25 years. In 2010 we able to buy our house and upgrade it to holiday rental standard, adding our own private pool and a third bedroom suite. We are based in Auckland but spend several weeks in Raro each year, and we continue to make improvements to the house and garden, knowing that what we enjoy so much, others will too!

Why they chose this property

After so many years holidaying I many different properties, we knew what would make Raro perfect for us and this house, Pacific Time, is it. We have the best of all worlds here... best weather on the island, wonderful sunsets and we are spoilt for choice when in comes to Happy Hour beach bars and restaurants close by, yet we have a lovely spacious kitchen, BBQ, loads of outdoor seating to cater for ourselves right here at home.
