There is a sizable open-concept kitchen, family, and dining room on the ground floor that leads out to the outdoor space. Perfect for large family gatherings and hosting guests. The kitchen has a granite countertop, 2pac cupboards, Miele appliances, a fully integrated dishwasher, two undermount sinks, and high-quality faucets. The washing room, under-stair storage, and 4th bedroom are all located downstairs.
Beautiful solid Blackbutt staircase that was custom designed and built leads to the upstairs hideaway. The ideal place to unwind, read a book, or simply sit and admire the stunning chandelier that hangs over the stairs.
Overlooking the front of the house is the huge master bedroom. Talk about style! Space, balcony, a spacious walk-in closet, plush carpeting, and an en suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the opposite side of the hideaway. Both are of substantial size, bright, and furnished with mirror robes. The main bathroom is likewise rather large.
Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard.

We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
You will be provided with a digital guidebook detailing the check-in process and all of the additional features included in your accommodation.
Check in is at any time after 3pm and keys will be in the letterbox.

Garage can fit 2 cars. Parking can be arranged for $15 per day per car space.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
You will be asked to agree to a standard terms and conditions form upon booking including the requirement that our house-keepers must be allowed in once per week to service the property. We are unable to list the full T&Cs here. You may be asked to provide your ID and proof of payment before check-in. Should you have any issues with the T&Cs you may cancel immediately free of charge.
To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds.
