Just a 30-second walk to Lake Kawaguchi, a 9-minute drive to the famous autumn foliage spot Koyo Corridor, and a 7-minute drive to the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji at Oishi Park! This is a traditional Japanese kominka (old house) built 60 years ago, surrounded by nature and available for private rental. It's perfect for those looking to relax and spend time in a spacious, quiet environment. The house features two bedrooms with views of the lakeside and bamboo forest. You can also enjoy a tea ceremony and kimono experience in the charming Japanese-style room. A day-use hot spring ticket from the neighboring hotel is included. You can also pre-book a private chef for dinner and breakfast. The house is equipped with blackout curtains for a good night's sleep, loungewear, and amenities. There’s a large dining table that seats ten, and the sofa area is equipped with a projector and speakers for a home theater experience.
