This magnificent 4 bedroom holiday home with panoramic views to Pakiri is located in the 'The Heads' gated community and is as close as you can get to the surf beach! It is well appointed with breath taking views on a elevated bush clad section.
Spread over two levels The Black bach offers open plan kitchen, dining and lounge on the top level with two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs offers one room with a Queen and a bunk room (2 sets of bunks plus couch) with a second bathroom and fully equipped laundry. The bunk room has a TV for DVD playback only there is no Sky or Freeview.
With the shared tennis court and pavilion within the subdivision you will be entertained for hours!
There is plenty of room for the boat and toys as this private subdivision also has a separate communal boat wash down and parking area.
Please note the heat pump is for heating in winter only, not for cooling and there is no WIFI
LINEN: Please note that other than pillows, duvets and duvet covers, linen is not included in the tariffs but can be rented for $25 per person, further details are provided in the 'Rooms and beds' section of the listing. If you wish to add linen, please add a note to your booking with what beds you wish to use so they can be made up.
