Nestled on a hill in a private setting in Acacia Bay, this gem of an apartment style unit is located under another holiday home. The home consists of two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There are also two good sized bathrooms. The property has a heat pump and double glazed windows to keep you warm and cozy.
The kitchenette and dining areas open to a sunny concrete tiled outdoor area, positioned to capture the morning sun and extensive Lake and mountain view with easy access to the BBQ entertaining area.
There is a separate spacious living area TV and Freeview.
Just a short drive away and there is a local dairy, restaurant and café. Also close by is L'arte Café and Gallery a unique café and gallery that is set in a magical garden, complete with an outside mosaic living room. Parking is available in the driveway of the unit for 2 vehicles, not suitable for boats or trailers.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
