Meet & Greet
-The host will meet you at the building entrance to provide the keys. We will request your estimated time of arrival the day before check-in. If your arrival time changes, please provide at least one hour's notice prior to arrival. Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, there is an additional charge of $50. Check-in should not be later than 11:30pm.

Noise Policy
-We follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. No parties or gatherings are allowed at this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit
-We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23, traveling with a family group, are welcome to stay with us.

Supplies
-A complimentary welcome pack is provided, which includes several single-use items to get you started such as tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
