Construction - The block next door has a new home being built. The builder has advised they will try to keep the noise to a minimum and there should be no noise works occurring after hours.
Safety: Steps, balconies and verandahs need to be taken into consideration before booking. Please note, there are no baby gates and stair barriers, and supervision is the responsibility of parents and guardians. Please contact AirKeeper if you need further information. No refund will be given if the accommodation is deemed unsuitable after check-in.
Pets: We kindly ask you to keep your much-loved fur friends at home during your time away as the property is not equipped to facilitate pets and their antics. We think you will have a much more relaxing time with one less traveler to take care of and we want you to fully enjoy every aspect of your stay. We thank you in advance and we are sure you will look forward to giving them a big cuddle on your return home.
Parking - Guests do not have access to the garage. Parking options are the private driveway and or street parking (quiet Cul de sac).
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
