The Neighbourhood

Wentworth Falls is a lovely cool-climate leafy village nestled in the Blue Mountains. The town is a popular tourism spot with numerous cafes, the best bakery in the mountains and boutiques to please all. The town is home to stunning lookouts, popular walking tracks and the Wentworth Falls lake.

Getting Around

Deodar cottage is conveniently located just a few minutes walk into Wentworth Falls village. Within the village, the train line is centrally located and provides access to the greater Blue Mountains area, including sistering towns Leura and Katoomba.

Other Things to Note

There is a small flight of stairs leading up to the cottage, the back of the home can be accessed by only a few steps with concrete paths leading the way. If booking in the cooler months bring a good jacket or two! Once the heating is on inside our cosy cottage will keep you more than comfortable. We request the space be kept smoke free and pets be kept off furniture.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travellers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more than welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
