Inside, the house has been thoughtfully renovated with a modern, open-plan kitchen and living area, blending style and comfort. The newly upgraded kitchen features sleek countertops, newest appliances, and ample storage, making meal preparation a breeze. The adjoining lounge area is bright and airy, with large windows that flood the room with natural light. Comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and tasteful décor make it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The three spacious bedrooms are designed for rest and relaxation, each offering cosy bedding.
The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the second bathroom is easily accessible from the other two bedrooms.

A beautifully designed brand-new kitchen with brand new appliances. Electric cooking, ample bench space and dishwasher for your convenience.

A reverse cycle split system in the front loungeroom and a woodfire heater in the main living area for those cooler nights.

39 Gavan Street is a pet friendly property. The back yard is enclosed however Bright Holidays cannot guarantee the security of the yard and takes no responsibility if your pet escapes.

So we can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation we ask that you pick up after your pets. Location, location
The Heath is a beautifully decorated house with a wonderful view over a paddock towards the Ovens River and all the amenities for a comfortable holiday.Easy 15-minute walk to Woolworths and township. 10-minute walk around the corner to the wonderful Canyon walk.Mattresses were comfortable for sleeping.Bathrooms are due for a renovation but good enough.Being a long holiday weekend, the road was a bit noisy but, thankfully, settled to almost nothing as the evening progressed.Thank-you to the owners for sharing your lovely holiday home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house is in a good area, with walking distance to town accessible. However the driveway of this property is difficult and would probably be the only downfall of the house. Other than that it is beautiful on the inside, with a beautiful view from the lounge of the backyard and nature. would definitely recommend.
